The middle rack is wonderful. I can place my cups and glasses in various place to free up space for bowl.

Delivery service was awful. Representative didn’t speak English well. Cancelled and rescheduled delivery several times with excuses such as product not available, truck broke down, etc. tried to pick old unit with delivery which was picked up at installation. They then called back to schedule pickup later. Terrible delivery service and will affect future purchases from BestBuy in the future.

Heated Dry and Quick Wash do NOT work together even though you can select them together at the start of the cycle. The dishes are completely wet. Heated dry does work well with the other excessively long wash cycle options. I see no purpose in a regular wash with heated dry to take almost 4 hours

The rack dishwasher. The rack on the lower portion is the best layout I've ever had. You can really load it full. The middle rack for bowls and glasses. The upper rack is good for short glasses, bowls and plastics.
