I use the quick wash & heated dry options. The next day when I unload, silver ware is still wet & the above racks still have water on them & drips down on dishes below. Still have to dry a lot of items. Maybe a faulty problem some where. That reason for no rating.

I have had this dishwasher since 2023. Twice this year we have had error codes and they sent the same guy to fix. Didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Both times took a zip tie and secured a hose under our sink. Was here this morning. Still not working. We paid another company to come look at the dishwasher and they said it is leaking and needs to be fixed. I’ve been on the phone for hours trying to get help and keep getting transferred to a new person who again puts me on hold and transfers me. Don’t buy from Best Buy. They don’t stand by their warranty. We can’t get help from them and now have to look at purchasing another dishwasher.

Great design but surprised it doesn't clean anywhere near as well as or old dishwasher. Figured a brand-spanking new one would be better than a 20-year-old one...

Worked for less than 3 months..now 3 parts are back ordered with NO ETA.
When the product worked I really liked it, but the fact that it died within 3months and now we are OUT of a dishwasher. I get suppy chain issues...see if Whirlpool takes care of us. NOT Best Buy issue...100% whirlpool

I have had the most negative experience. This is my 3rd dishwasher. First 2 were faulty. One didn’t empty out the soap the other was keeping dishes dirty. The worse part of this experience is that the installers Best Buy uses didn’t do a good job sealing the pipes and water was coming out from the bottom of the cabinet. After the second week my cabinet became damaged. This was a very negative experience. They get a 0 rating.

I ordered a new Whirpool dishwasher. Schedule was a July date, then re-scheduled to end of July, then re-scheduled to first week of August. Now schedule date is completely up in the air.

The washer dos not clean like my older cheaper one, but more importantly, the delivery and installation service is horrendous. The incompetents installed it incorrectly, damaged my cabinets, and after four months I am still getting the run around trying to get a new appliance and a proper installation. Buyer beware.
