Very Disappointing Service

Delivery driver canceled one hour before my delivery window. Best Buy would not find a new delivery driver that day. They rescheduled me another week out. I canceled the sale altogether and found an alternative option.

We also like the sleek styling. Our last one (KitchenAide) had the control panel and labeling always visible on the front panel. This Whirlpool has hidden controls on the topside of the door. Much better clean style!
