The fridge would not keep food cold but freezer was working fine. It was under warranty so I am waiting to receive a replacement part.

Freezer start producing icicles within 10 days

The only good thing is Best Buy exchange was easy and hassle free. Got a replacement unit within 2 days. So far haven't had any problems with the new unit yet.... fingers crossed!
