This is the first fridge my wife and I have ever bought. For us, it goes without saying that we’d buy another one of these in a second if we needed too. It’s the perfect size! Plus the no fingerprint finish is amazing!!! Such a small thing that makes a huge difference. Having the water on the inside is slightly annoying, but we have filtered water and ice cubes, so I can’t complain. All of those functions are hidden to keep the smooth and sleek look. We love it!!

Love the way this unit functions. Since I do not reach for many items in the freezer, it is well placed at the bottom. Most food items and drinks are easily accessible through the top left and right doors. This refrigerator has great lighting. There is a water dispenser inside the left side door. Water filtering system works well with city and well water. (Reduces water stains on the front doors by having it inside.) The black stainless steel finish is gorgeous ... just my style. Unit is silent with stunning looks. It comes highly recommended. Would buy the unit again without hesitation.

We have had this fridge for a week now and have been pleased with it so far. It is large, quiet, makes plenty of ice and has the internal filtered water dispenser we enjoy.

I think the product is very sleek looking and not loud at all. (Another review said that). It is roomy for us. Ice maker workers well. Have not tried water dispenser yet.

Great refrigerator. Easy to clean and easy to change filter. Lots of room and love the lighting inside the refrigerator and freezer. I'm really glad I chose to not have the water and ice dispenser in the door. The water dispenser inside the refrigerator works perfectly as does the ice maker in the freezer. The outside does not show fingerprints and is easy to keep clean. Very happy with my purchase.

Only curbside pick up was available. I checked out the refrigerator inch by inch before they loaded it. We had to wait outside while they bubble wrapped it and put bins and glass shelves in a box. Got home and my perfect French door fridge now has a dimple on the left bottom door...really shows on stainless steel also we are missing 2 bins that go on the doors. A large one and a small one. I would like to have those sent to me in Vancouver as I don’t drive. I don’t know how you compensate for a new dent on a once perfect door. It was just there when we took the bubble wrap off while it was still on the trailer before unloading. The 2 guys prepping it to go at the Beaverton store seemed at a loss as to what they were doing. Obviously just helping up front and don’t work in appliances...they insisted that we should lay the fridge down in the trailer which I know and researched in detail...it’s a BAD thing to do, so I didn’t allow that! My faith in your People was pretty low yesterday and I’m an upset customer that can’t even go in the kitchen to look at my new Whirlpool 36” French Door refrigerator that I researched for 2 years before buying. I’ve tried the phones and online to contact but I know how things are crazy right now. I just hope to get it all resolved. Yay, just got a call from geek squad that hooked me up from my store and she will have someone get back to me. Contact with a person at last ❤️

The fridge is big and beautiful in black, It's spacious and quiet, makes ice and dispenses cold water without an ugly exterior spout. Great fridge.

We were really happy that Best Buy price matched since we found this cheaper elsewhere. Some knocking noises at times but overall a lot quieter than our previous fridge. Keeps things very cold, we had to turn it to the least cold setting so things in the fridge wouldn’t freeze. Doesn’t show finger prints very easily. We really like the water spout inside. It makes ice fast. Overall we're really pleased.

I have owned it for a whole 4 weeks, but so far, I love it! The french doors make it easy to find what you need without letting all the cold air out at once. This fridge has lots of roomy storage. And the water inside is so much better than on the outside, in my opinion. It is a simple refrigerator that is perfect for me. The Best Buy delivery company guys were awesome. They were polite, were careful not to scrape anything and hooked it up for me. I am a satisfied customer.

My first French-door refrigerator. I've had bottom freezers before, and they work well as I don't store up frozen foods. I had to replace an old side by side. This Whirlpool is very quiet, and I really enjoy having filtered water and ice ready all the time. Much better than buying bottled water at the store. My only adjustment is I am not yet used to having to open both doors to access the deli bin.

Nice clean design while maintaining the features that other models sacrifice shelf space for. You still get an ice maker and filtered water dispenser, but without the need to virtually eliminate all storage in one of the doors and shelf space in the fridge. The ice stays in the freezer where it should be and the kids can use the water dispenser without issue (even the little ones). I had a small issue with the left door not closing properly but it was resolved with a small rubber bumper placed behind the folding middle hinge.

Exactly what I wanted. Plenty of space, with filtered chilled water and ice available. The internal lighting really illuminates the whole refrigerator, the shelves are easily adjusted, and the filter location is much more accessible compared to my old fridge. I've previously had the side by side with ice/water in the door, but the mess and repairs convinced me to change to this unit.

We were looking to replace our existing fridge so we bought this one. We wanted the French Doors with bottom freezer. We didn’t need the smart display and other features that really jack up the price. Water dispenser is inside and easy to get to. It has room to fill up a picture of water. We like how the water dispenser doesn’t take up shelf space in the door. The ice maker is in the freezer and leaves plenty of room for your other items. 25.2 Cu Ft is big enough for a family of four feeding two teenagers.

We have a very confined space available for a refrigerator, so I had to do an extensive search for a fridge that would not only fit the space, but also be large enough to hold a reasonable volume of food. To complicate matters, we also wanted to avoid buying a fridge that sacrifices interior space due to a water/ice in the door unit. The Whirlpool 25.2 cu ft refrigerator fits our needs perfectly. The interior is roomy, and still provides an inside ice-maker and water spigot. The layout of shelves and drawers is sensible and functional. The only complaint we have is that storage for tall items is somewhat limited. Overall, the fridge is a great value and worth consideration.

I like this refrigerator. The available space is so much more usable than my previous fridge that was roughly the same size. It's also much sleeker looking and the ice maker is very good. I am not giving it the full 5 stars because it's a little louder than I would have thought, and I'm concerned it's using more electricity than I would like despite having it at the most eco-favorable settings.

So far so good! It is a new version of the Amana fridge that I already had. Like the black stainless a lot, but I am worried about scratches. Love the interior water spout versus on the door. Also, the ice from the ice maker is smoother than the last one. Doors feel a little more flimsy and the bottom one kind of pops into place if you don't pull it straight out. Happy over-all though.

So happy with the purchase of our fridge. Im able to get a good 2 weeks worth of groceries into it. The slide out drawer is perfect for all the miscellaneous items such cheeses, deli meat, stick butter, etc. Once we get our water drinkable ill be hooking up the water and ice features too. The water feature being inside the fridge and not taking any shelf space was the reason we went with this style fridge too.

We are so happy with our new refrigerator. We went back and forth on whether or not to get an external water/ ice dispenser and decided to go with an internal water dispenser and ice maker in the freezer and are so glad we did! We love the clean look of the clean doors and the appreciate how much more room the fridge has without the ice dispenser. Highly recommend this fridge!

Fridge is working great, takes better part of the first day to get down to temperature, runs pretty quiet at least compared to our previous refrigerator (Kenmore) like the clean look of the front, if they could get rid of the handles it would even look better (personal opinion) water dispenser inside works great. The only thing I do not care for is very few options for freezer layout.
