Quality wise I am more than happy for the price I paid

Bough this online and either missed the fact or it was never mentioned that the shelves are fixed and the height cannot be adjusted. This leaves the top shelf that I call ‘high value real estate’ since it’s the only shelf tall enough to hold a gallon if milk, a 2 liter bottle of soda or any other container that is taller than 7 inches. Everything taller must be put on that one shelf. The only other option is to remove a shelf but the you lose that much space. My family is constantly rearranging things to accommodate taller items or laying them on their side, which for liquids is not ideal. Since everything is constantly being moved, we’re constantly standing with the door wide open trying to find things. I hate this fridge. Don’t but one unless you have OCD and know exactly what items you’ll need to store and how tall they are. Then it might just work for you.

The refrigerator seems to be good quality although it did not come with a tray for ice/water dispenser. I paid extra for connection of the water line but since it required more than screwing the hose that I paid extra for, the delivery people wouldn't hook it up.

I love my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It’s bigger in the freezer and refrigerator part. It’s laid out just perfectly in both. Room for a lot more frozen and fresh food. And it looks great with no finger print doors. It’s also energy efficient. What more could I ask for.

Best buy was great. Icemaker quit working after 8 months. Whirlpool could do a better job on repairs.

It’s small then I thought the handle was not put on tight it’s still very loose

We lost our fridge due to the hurricane. Best buy was the only place that had fridge in stock and shipping within 1 week vs 3 months. They do not disappoint. This fridge is amazing!! Has all the bells and whistles. Very high end. I love this fridge.

Bought this to replace our fridge that stopped working and it's been so disappointing! For the price point (same as our last one), this one seems very cheap. There is no tray to catch ice/water that drips, the ice/water dispenser is not tall enough, the settings are disappointingly basic, the drawers are flimsy on their tracks, the dairy bin barely holds a small tub of butter. The only good thing about this fridge is that it has a deli drawer that our old one didn't have, even if the drawer is a little on the small side. Overall, we are just terribly disappointed with this refrigerator and wish we would've taken more time to choose one, but unfortunately we needed one quickly. Lesson learned ...
