    Item worked perfectly and delivery was efficient and professional. Love the finely crushed ice feature. The water dispenser is easy to use and well designed. Fit perfectly in our kitchen space.

    I bought this refrigerator for my granddaughter and her husband. They love it. They love the French door and the icemaker. So far so good it’s brand new hopefully it lasts a long time for them.

    This Whirlpool Side by side Refrigerator is all that we expected. Best Buy had very reasonable pricing for a very dependable appliance. The Total Tech aspect is the BEST !!

    Great value as an open box, no obvious signs of use. Only thing is that shelves are not interchangeable with other whirlpool products

    the selfs are easy to move and clean the doors have plenty of space and room to place even the biggest items such as a gallon of milk the ice maker is a big win with the kids they love that its can crush it also

    I was late getting off work the driver wouldn't accommodate me because i ask could they make me the last delivery ,i just spent a $1,000 and they wouldn't, i return this item and spent my money somewhere else and they accommodate me

    The delivery Was on time and the install went well. My only complaint is that the installers did not know where the water filter was located or when it needed to be replaced. Overall, definitely recommend.

    Compressor stops and restarts every time the door is opened and closed. Can’t get the fridg below 37 degrees. Also there is no hinge covers on top or bottom.

    This refrigerator is a whole lot better than Samsung that we got and things to the sales person in the sales manager at Best Buy it’s a AWSOME process

    We bought this to replace a refrigerator we got with a new house. It worked great and then started to have issues with the water dispencer and then the ice dispenser and just did not keep things cold after that. It just kind of gave up. We replaced it and moved on. Would not recommend this at all.
