An excellent article and great help and customer service

The refridgerator keeps everything nice and cold. My favorite part of the fridge is the inside layout. It has a place for can drinks and for gallon jugs. It has all the drawers and compartments that I need in a refrigerator. One slight downfall is that it makes little blocks of ice; I like big blocks for my drinks.

2 very nice young men had no trouble placing our new refrigerator in our home. We did not know that they would not hook up water so had to have a repairman due that 4 days later. All went well.

I wish I could give it less stars. The unit went to pots just after its warrantee ended. And I've been getting it fixed using my Sears Appliance warranty every month since January. Every part has been replaced and the issue of the refrigerator not cooling because the defroster has stopped working continues. I've wasted so much food at this point and Sears has done all they can and won't replace it. And now I'm going to attempt to see how Whirlpool can help. I would not recommend this refrigerator to my enemy.

Looks good lighting but louder than my old one when running and dumping ice

This is a basic refrigerator that does the job of a fancy model. It provides great shelves and amenities. Good value.

This is a decent fridge. Never had a side by side prior to this unit. The fridge portion is decent size and has good door storage. However the freezer side is disappointing. The door storage is so minimal it is almost pointless. The shelving is very narrow. All in all a decent price but I should have bought a unit with french style doosr with freezer on the bottom.

I got this refrigerator for my patio and by now is working perfect. I choose This brand because is a family of kitchenaid the one I have on my kitchen, is easy to use and easy to clean

I am in love with my new fridge. I love the stainless steel and the glass shelves! I have always been cautious about side-by-side refrigerators but this beauty gives me all the space and then some. You will not be disappointed!

Good for the money but little from inside , very less space small drawers and on the feeder side small drawers and conjusted

First one had a dent in it. Best Buy worked with us and sent us a new one. Love the lights inside! Only issue I see is ice gets stuck in the chute. Other than that would recommend

It came with a dent on the top left side, I didn’t report it because the store I got it from it 3 hours away.

The unit makes a lot of noise, but I read the owner manual and it says its normal.
