Ice maker is real cheaply made basket. Basket moves, and sensor for ice maker is electronic. Which means it only works when it wants.

I am very happy with this refrigerator it has some great features but still simple. I was very happy with the delivery service the guys were careful to ensure my house and new refrigerator was not damaged.

Love the features of this refrigerator! Whirlpool tells me that it has the least repair issues of its entire line. Very stylish!

We love our new refrigerator/freezer. The fingerprint proof on the stainless steel finish is a huge plus. We enjoy the convenience of the automatic water and ice dispenser and built in filter.

We are pleased with our new refrigerator. The ice maker makes ice both cubed and crushed as well as filtered water. Lots of storage more than we expected. Very pleased with our purchase.

Not the refrigerator we originally ordered in August. After receiving call less than 48 hours prior to delivery we were notified refrigerator was on backorder into 2021. This model has ice maker in main freezer compartment versus freezer doors which takes up valuable space. Door storage is worthless.

I always wanted a fridge that made ice. It’s spacious, has great temperature can filter water and it tells you when to change the water filter. I don’t think you need anything else.

This fridge has been a huge disappointment. Owned it less than a year and it's needed to be serviced twice now! First the control panel and now the entire freezer door. The ice/water dispenser design is terrible as it constantly drips water because the water spout isn't even over the tray. Whirlpool is insisting that it's repairable and refuses to replace it for me. Spend your money on something else.

This replaced a French door model. I liked this style a lot better. Would buy again. And the delivery service is great!

We are very pleased with our new refrigerator. There is alot of space throughout the refrigerator and we are very pleased with it. We would reccommend it to our friends to go to Best Buy for an appliance.

this refrigerator was found to be defective when the driver and assistant took it off of the truck and took the cardboard and off and the rubber seals around the freezer and refrigerator were torn. It was taken but to the warehouse

This product has a lot of storage space and a lot of shelves to keep stuff organized.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about 3 years and we have yet to have any issues with it. The kids love that they can get their own water.

You can't put very much in this fridge. You can't fit a frozen pizza in the freezer. I would not have purchase it if I knew it was so small. We purchase a large refrigerator but when Best Buy came to our house they said it was too big and recommended a counter deep frig. Make sure you have Best Buy come out and measure before you buy.
