The fridge was 35 and three quarters inches, not 35 and a half as the specifications said. That was critical for us. It just didn’t fit our space, and I was not about to cut into our cabinets. There was no space to move them. So we had to return it. That took 11 days for a scheduled pick up to happen. That is unreasonable. While we were trying to figure a way to make it work, the delivery crew ran out the door before we could make the decision. They were no help, spoke little English and just said “You have to cut! “. An 11 day wait for a pick up indicated there are issues with your delivery system.

Great price! Spacious compartments on both freezer and refrigerator side.

The inside of the refrigerator is not as cold as I would have expected, especially considering the price, but so far it seems to be adequate. I occasionally have to add ice to all my drinks to make them colder, but other than that, I am satisfied.

The Fridge itself is ok for the money. Whirlpool did fail to install the bolts to the wheels on each side causing it to drag bare metal against my vinyl flooring causing a nice 2 ft tear in it. Also found 2 loose screws in the ice machine. Very poor quality control on Whirlpool! not Best Buy or the delivery teams. The second team just left that came and fixed the issue. Thank you so much Jon and Randy and thank you so much to the Florence, KY Best Buy team. The store manager Jeff, Eric and also Jared and Quincy. I can't thank you guys for being supportive and to help resolve the situation and make me a happy customer. That is why I ONLY shop at the Florence, KY Best Buy. I kinda wish I wouldn't have purchased it, but will see if it lasts. Glad I am a total tech member. You should be too.
