I really like it! The fridge was delivered on 1/19/23. A lot of reviews I read said that after getting a cup of water, the dispenser dripped and water ran down the front of the fridge. Ours only did this twice and then stopped. Others complained that the fridge is noisy. Not true. Initially while it’s making ice, you hear the cubes dropping in the tray. Once the tray is full, you don’t hear ice cubes dropping. The factory settings for the fridge and freezer are perfect. The fridge holds steady at 36.5 to 37 degrees. The freezer holds steady at zero. I bought 2 thermometers to monitor the temps. I did bump em a notch and the fridge was 33 degrees and the freezer was minus 10. While we LOVED the milk being ice cold, I thought that was too cold for fruits and veggies. This is my first side by side. At first I didn’t keep the milk in the door. I do now and it’s just as cold as being on the top shelf. The geek squad was amazing with setting the fridge up and taking our old one away! I would definitely recommend this fridge!

Great fridge gets really cold and has good storage

After returning other GE refrigerators with temperature problems, I decided to get a whirlpool . The first whirlpool I got DEFECTIVE and was VERY VERY LOUD so, I had to return it. It was also a side by side but the smaller one..So, FINALLY I got this one .. AND IT IS VERY VERY QUIET & Temperature is ok. Freezer could be better designed for more space . Refrigerator bottom draw should be better designed to be the full length of the draw not shortened, don’t make sense .. stupid design!

Its a refrigerator. Does the job its supposed to do, keep food cold. Well lit inside, nice color - stye

The streamlined stainless steel exterior creates an attractive refrigerator in my kitchen. The finish resists fingerprints so it always looks new. The interior is brightened up by the LED lights both in the freezer and refrigerator sections. The water dispenser works well and stops quickly when glass is removed so water does not stream down the door. Plenty of adjustable shelves to work with. Icemaker works well. Once in a while, you can hear the ice cubes drop into the container but otherwise it is quiet.

I replaced my French door style refridg, which died, with this Whirlpool side-side. It is so roomy! Lots of room on the refridg side and plenty of room in the freezer. Plus I can see exactly what there is in the freezer! The ice maker has a good pace at replenishing ice and it is fun to be able to have crushed ice too. It came with a "quick set up" guide but no actual owners manual. Instructions about leveling it were not included and I have been confused by one of the door trays with a metal insert and what it is to be used for so I still need to try to look this up online. Otherwise I am very happy with this fridge. I have not found it to be loud at all

I replaced the same model of fridge and I do love this one, there is plenty of room and it cools well.

This Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator is a nice size. Stainless Steel was not my first choice, really wanted Black Stainless, but the $600 price difference made me rethink my choice and I went with the cheaper choice. The ice cubes are actually cubes. Water and ice are different levers so must be aware when using them. The refrigerator meat drawer, two fruit/veg drawers and shelves are wonderful. Freezer is typical for side-by-side. Not huge but fine.

I decided to go for this fridge after taking a look on few other brands. I found that it is very close to my old fridge and the storage space is almost the same size. It looks good and I hope that it lasts longer then the older one.

This refrigerator is fantastic. My wife and I are very pleased; it's big enough for both of us. The vertical freezer is great and very spacious. If you're looking for a brand with a long lifespan, you've found it.

This refrigerator is great; it's the right size, love the shelves on the door, the ice maker runs great; however, I'm not liking the water fountain because it only holds 16 oz of chilled water. I didn't know that when I bought this refrigerator. The refrigerator turns off when you open the door but goes back on when the door is closed. I do like that. The black stainless is so pretty and it doesn't show the marks like regular stainless. So glad I bought the black stainless. The doors open easily and always close so no wondering if it is closed.

Lots of space, and lots of LED lighting lets you see everything that's in there! I will never own anything but a large side-by-side frig again!!!!

Nice refrigerator for the price. The two things we do not like is that where the water and ice dispenser is there is no pad there so water gets over onto the floor (all new refrigerators have same problem); and the drawers do not slide easily as the old refrigerator used to do. Otherwise it is an improvement over what we had and more energy efficient.

Highly recommend this. It has a lot of space. The ice/water dispenser light comes on automatically when using. Best whirlpool I've owned so far.

This model isn't as user-friendly as one would prefer, but we settled for it on account of its height being low enough to fit our space. The ice-and-water dispenser functions well but its design is cramped, making awkward any use of an oversized cup. Interior shelves are immovable (though removable), and most 2L bottles or German wines cannot be placed upright on any of them. Temperatures are maintained effectively, but we adjusted them from delivery team's settings, which froze milk, veggies. Open refrigerator door carefully to avoid its backlash, which may disturb bottles in door shelves.

A very good refrigerator at its price point. Whirlpool never disappoints when it comes to their appliances. Very stylish brushed stainless steel finish that will compliment your kitchen. This refrigerator is in between your average functional refrigerator, and right at the tail of the much more high end units. I have a family of 6, and we all fill up our water bottles throughout the day. The ice machine makes ample amounts of ice for everyone filling up plus some stored in the bin. It does take about 24 hours to make the first batch, but once it starts the bin will fill up quick. Internal has good amount of storage both in the freezer and fridge itself. Also, Bestbuy's delivery was very swift and easy. The guys took it all the way to our kitchen and hooked up our water line to it (Additional charge for the installation, trust me it is worth it if you don't know what you are doing).

This fridge is remarkably roomy inside, and the space is well organized. My only negative observation is the plastic bins for vegetables, etc., are brittle and easy to leave pulled out when you try to close the door -- with the result of a cracked or broken bin. We only made the mistake once. I tried to order a replacement part, but apparently Best Buy sells a special model that has slightly different parts from bog-standard Whirlpool products, and I was unable to replace our cracked bin. Oh well. Other than that, I'm very happy with it.

I love the new refrigerator, it was a good price and it works very well.
