Our old refrigerator broke down. We needed a new one that was 69 7/8 inches or less because of our existing cabinets. This one fits and the refrigerator and freezer are fine. My main complaint is the ice maker is completely different than the one in the model on the showroom floor. It produces ice slowly and doesn’t seem to have an overflow bar that will shut it off if it gets too full.

WE REALLY LIKE IT... LOOKS good, easy to clean and just right. we did not want to buy huge one, as it may not fit in our next home. Best Buy was really prompt and professional in deliver and took the old one too. we also bought a new gfreezer for our garage and a new smaller fridge for our garage because they were super super old.

was looking for a solid/sturdy refrigerator that was also quiet. This whirpool refrigerator is just that- no complaints at all. Love the crushed or cubed ice feature, very easy to use and has a lock on the front so my little one will not touch buttons!

I was super excited about purchasing this fridge to start a new set for my kitchen but wish I would have known what to look for before purchasing. One of the clear refrigerator door bins broke within 6 months as well as ice maker. Manufacture warranty covered ice maker but not bin. The worst part of this appliance is the front freezer side door. The ice/water dispenser area does not consist of a tray or dip of sorts. When I dispense ice cubes and one stays in the chute it eventually melts and falls down and out onto flat tray. Once that cube melts to water, it drips down the front of the fridge and has damaged the door panel. When I can catch it, I wipe it right away but when it happens during the night, there's nothing you can do. It will NOT come off. I am so upset with this product because you can-not hide the damage. Buy a fridge with a removable tray or an option so this does not happen to your new appliance.

We’ve had the refrigerator for a few weeks and so far it’s been working great. It’s attractive, cools and freezes everything perfectly and I like it. Just 2 things I don’t like. Number one is how loud it is. Not unbearable but something to consider if you have an open concept home and can hear the ice dropping at 3am. Number two is how messy it is when dispensing ice. You get small ice shavings flying all over the place. Not terrible but if you’re someone like me who has to wipe things down often then keep it in mind. But other then those small things I like it and would recommend.

This refrigerator has plenty of room for all of our food. The three drawers are nice. Veggies, fruit and cheeses are in them. I find that the refrigerator seems to be on most of the time but have read that this is common. Will see with my next electric bill. I replaced a 19 year old Kenmore.

This fridge doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a lot of the other models, but provides a nice feature set for the price point. The one complaint is that the wheels underneath don't seem to lock and sometime the weight of the door swinging open pulls the fridge away from the wall.
