It produces the best ice and water!!!! It is beautiful and quiet! The whole process of buying and installing was a breeze! We will never use anyone else again for our appliances!

Had for 2 years, no issues so far. Scratch resistant for the most part, unless you’re trying to scratch it. Wouldn’t recommend putting magnets, those definitely will scratch. Learned that the hard way.

The internal design of this is great with lots of space. Unfortunately it is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever heard! We called repair it was so noisy and of course they could find nothing wrong! At times you are sure from the noises you hear the motor will stop running any moment!

I have never had a side by side refrigerator but I am loving this one! Plenty of room in it for everything we need

It's quite, easy to use, and plenty of space. The bad reviews that I have seen my have been a factory defect, but I picked up my own fridge and installed it myself and it's wonderful.

I upgraded to this Whirlpool Refrigerator and very happy I did. This model price was higher but the quality was worth it. And the Ice maker/Water controls easier to operate!

I have nothing bad to say in the first 4 weeks of owning this refrigerator. I read all the reviews before purchasing this, some of the complaints in the reviews that I read talked about the uneven handles on the refrigerator and the water dispenser dripping. The handles are off by such a tiny measurement and the water dripped a little bit until all the air got out of the line, which the installer told me it would do. I am very happy with this Whirlpool refrigerator. Delivery, getting it into my home and setting it up was excellent. So impressed with the woman who installed and prepared the refrigerator for use.

We have had this refrigerator for several weeks now. We like the look, storage space and the ice/water capabilities of it. We recommend purchasing this.

I like the refrigerator the freezer is nice but not big enough. Love the stainless steel. Service was great but was lie to about water line and also my points wasn’t creditable either.

Bought this fridge about a 1.75 years ago. Within the first 6 months it started making a loud vibration noise several times a day. When it was still under warranty had service come out several times to try to figure out the problem. No luck. To this day it is still making a loud vibration noise about 5 times a day. Every time service came out I had to use my personal time off at work. I got tired of wasting my vacation time and stopped calling service. Then the ice maker stopped switching to cubed ice. I finally rigged the ice type mechanism to stay on cubed. Whirlpool did NOT check back to see if my issues have been resolved. Just waiting to see what happens next. Never again.

First off the stainless steel is very easy to clean and take care of. The fridge is very spacious and I love the racks for cans of soda. Yeah he door shelves have plenty of room for condiments and milk on the bottom. The freezer area however is not as big as I thought but that’s due to the ice tray and water delivery systems. Pizzas can not stand up on the sides there isn’t enough space too to bottom but flat they fit well. Yeah he door also has storage and fits your frozen juices and other things nicely. The fridge lights are nice being LED and the water and I e dispensers light is nice at night. Over all I love the fridge and recommend it.

I had the Whirpool fridge delivered and installed at my primary residence. With in 3 weeks the freezer and refrigerator stopped working. the fridge would not stay below 60 and the freezer would not stay below 30. i contacted customer service and the directed to the manufacture. whirlpool scheduled service on the unit 1.5 weeks from the date of breaking. in my opinion, that is a long time to go with out the most important appliance in your kitchen and is not acceptable. worked great for the first 3 weeks.
