Have had this now for about 2 months. Everything has been working fine. Temperature settings on the outside are handy but I wish they gave an accurate temp. setting instead of just a number of lit bars. The door shelves can be configured in a number of ways, the interior is well lit with the led lighting, and the compressor noise is not overly loud when it turns on. The built in water filter is a nice feature but I have not had to change it yet so can't report on how easy it is to change. So far pleased with this purchase.

I really like this refrigerator, but it did take some time to get used to it. The LED lights aren't soft lighting, but we like the energy saving features. We would have liked to have had a bit more room in the freezer, but it's working pretty well for us. The main part of the refrigerator is spacious. Love it.

Frigerator and freezer work well. Does make ice now and hasn’t freezed over. I’ve like to have it longer to see if things work out in 6 months to a year snd then I’ll know. That’s when my other Whirlpool freezer started acting up. So far so good. Really wish it had a drain when the ice cubes melt but better than my 2018.

Love this product! Very spacious and great price. Have some setbacks with delivery but once the issue was resolved the product is amazing and fits well in the kitchen. Product was not on sale but the price was affordable for my budget. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple refrigerator without all the other gadgets.

My overall rating on my refrigerator and buying from bust buy were both excellent. The refrigerator is better then i expected and there service was great too I will definitely recommend buying

This is the third one we have bought for our homes. No complaints.

Ice maker is noisy and still haven't figured out how to open the ice bucket inside. Will keep working on it but instruction book is not that helpful.

I absolutely loved it! The storage is amazing! Recommend it!

Awesome fridge looks luxurious and easy to use. Lots of room. Filter in front for water filter to be changed out easily was very important to me.

This is my 2nd Whirlpool refrigerator. I really appreciate the service they provide.

Well laid out and easy to see all items through the glass shelves in refrig. and good storage as well as easily accessed in freezer.

Beautiful fridge. Water dispenser is not intuitive. The ice press is located behind the water press. Anyone using for the first time will immediately dispense ice rather than water out of confusion. Furthermore, when dispensed the filtration is quite loud and you must hold your cup underneath for an additional second to prevent water from dripping down the front of fridge.

Ice Maker is noisy and turn off switch is not in an area that is not easy to access. Called Whirlpool Service and the Tec was very helpful and did an excellent job of explaining everything. will be purchasing a Whirlpool Microwave and Range based on quality of product and Support.

Overall it is the best purchase in the world for appliances

Only 2 real issues i have with this refrigerator are.... 1. The door alignment, leveling needs added options. 2. The water/ice retrieval options need to be redisgned. Almost every time we go for ice the water tab gets bumped and water squirts everywhere.

I like to buy kitchen appliances in bundle to get better price.

We purchased this refrigerator as an upgrade to our 12 year old used-to-be-white model that came with the house so it’s already a much more sleek look than we had. It looks great, it’s spacious, and the light is bright. The ice maker is a little loud but not terrible and the area to fill your glass with ice/water is a bit small but it’s functional. Overall we are pleased.

So far so so good. Am loving the water desipenser and the ice maker. Sleek.
