I bought a Set of washer, dryer and refrigerator on July. After 14 days, the refrigerator had some problem, making loud noise. I called the customer service. The guy was so nice and helpfull . He help to replace a new one 3 days later. Now I have a new refrigerator and been working very well so far. I’m please with the customer service from Best buy

Ok, I’ve only had it for a few weeks And it’s my fridge at my office. But I seriously love it. We have a super expensive Samsung at home that started having so many problems after the first year and I just feel like the folks at whirlpool know their way around fridges. I like the way the water dispenser pours. I just like it.

Very Nice, water in front is not the best, when getting ice, you can press water and make a mess,.

So, side by side refrigerators are generally somewhat tight on space. This one is no exception. However, the door shelving adds a good amount of space for condiments. It just seems small to me. I wish we'd gotten the French doors/freezer on the bottom model.

Very loud when running, and motor runs almost 90 percent of the time. Have had icemaker hooked up for 2 weeks, we have ran several glasses of water through it, and it still tastes like plastic.

Best fridge out there, been struggling to find a good fridge before i bought my new home and its perfect has a lot of space for alot of food and drinks,the guys who came to install it super nice and showed me how everything works.

In my opinion, Whirlpool has good products. My new model looks good. I am happy with this side by side refrigerator with ice maker & water dispenser. I would recommend Whirlpool! It seems their products always work very well!

This fridge works great and looks very nice. It was easy to install/ set up.The only complaint is when the door is open is swings open fully on it's own.

Got this fridge on cyber Monday for a great price and couldn't be happier thanks best buy

I miss my old one but getting use to it they are coming Tuesday because the door is making noise

I believe this refrigerator is quality. Loved the amount of space it has.

Freezer not good design. Ice maker takes up too much space & unhappy with that. Plenty of room in refrigerator.

We’re enjoying our new refrigerator. Keeps our water cool and plenty of ice on the regular. Occasionally the ice dispenser gets backed up but easily can be corrected by loosening the cubes to dispense.

the ice dispenser is a little short so the water glass does not go under the dispenser, it has to be placed at an angle.

We needed a slightly larger fridge to replace our old 21c.f. and it had to be within certain dimensions to fit the space. This one is a decent and a good fit. My only complaint, and if we'd dug a little more into research, is that the shelves are fixed. Meaning, the tallest-space shelf is on the very top; we preferred to have the tall-space at mid-height (for milk, tea pitcher, etc.). In order to have it out way, we just removed a shelf. So, while we *did* get a bigger appliance (the freezer is bigger too), we lost shelf space on the fridge side. We're making it work.

Fridge It’s good but the freezer takes a long time to make ice cubes it’s really slow and disappointed and the doors don’t fit well needs to be fixed they are off otherwise I like the fridge

Purchased this Whirlpool for my mom, and she is really happy with it, everyone at the store was super friendly, and the delivery team was on time and very professional, will purchase Appliances from Best Buy again!!

Overall rating good after one month. Only complaint is tall items such as a gallon of milk, juice, creamer, etc can fit on the top shelf or heavily sits on the shelf door. Positive note, loving the crushed ice.
