Thoroughly enjoying my new side by side refrigerator. I could have gone with the more expensive French door style which is very popular now but why pay $1,200 more when everything I need is in this refrigerator. Product, sales, and service were excellent.

The refrigerator and freezer features work as expected, but the ice dispenser is horrible. Ice will frequently get stuck in the dispenser chute inside the freezer, or ice will get stuck in the mechanism, slowly melt, and you'll end up with a drip tray full of water that will empty itself all over the floor the next time you open the freezer door. Also note that the water dispenser is not chilled.

We are very pleased with this fridge. The delivery and installation team were very careful and respectful to us. So far, it has been consistently colder that any other fridge we have had and we haven't had any of the problems that we read about in the reviews.

I bought this Whirpool refrigerator recently but so far so good. It is working well and it looks nice. At the time of the purchase it was not so easy due to lack of Staff at Best Buy, but then the delivery was made on time and the people who came to bring it and instal it were good.

Works well, looks great (coming from white fridge problems). My only complaint is that we should have picked a refrigerator that was a bit bigger. Maybe a 28.cu but that is our own fault not the fault of the refrigerator.

Makes noises all night long. It is a nice size and has lots of room on the inside. Don't like that there is not a temperature gauge that is easy to find. How do you make sure everything is at a safe temp?

Looks Great - Works even Better. Fridge seems fairly roomy, but, my Only complaint would be the freezer IS kinda small storage area wise once you try to put some things in it. For instance it is a trick to fit a 20lb turkey, especially if you already have stuff in the freezer. If I had a second chance, I would get larger over and under with side by side doors and no middle support, but not a side by side.

I wish I would have known a bit more about purchasing a refrigerator and what to look out for. Decent refrigerator. Think it is a bit over priced.

Only one issue, the freezer doesn't appear to be doing a good job, our frozen items takes several hours to freeze.

I did purchase this refrigerator few weeks ago. And looks good and everything works well.

OVERALL QUALITY IS GREAT. THE EXTERIOR STAINLESS STEEL EXTERIOR IS EASY TO KEEP CLEAN, BUT IT CAN DENT EASILY AS IT HAPPENED WHEN I DROPPED MY GROCERIES ( APPLES) IN FRONT OF THE FRIDGE.

Everything is working well--the ice maker and water dispenser are very handy and save energy--we open the freezer a lot less--good lighting inside--the delivery was great--very professional.

This was a good choice for my new home. Perfect size for a single person.
