Nice fridge and reliable. Ice maker did go down but not a major issue with the geek squad protection.

We were promised a new left handle and 2 screws from this purchase ( in writing)almost 4 weeks ago. I went into the store 3 times and spoke to Jeff twice the store manager who reminded Aaron and Harvey our salesperson(s). This still has not produced a handle for us -store #409 Comstock Park Michigan. I am very disapointed to say the least. The communication on this team needs retraining quickly

This refrigerator is awesome! Only complaints is that there isn’t enough slots to adujst the height of the shelving inside.

I have disliked side by sides in the past, but this was recommended by a repair man. Feels like I have a lot of storage, still nothing too wide, though and I do miss the filtered water and large ice bin and scoop in my old french door fridge.

Love the look of this refrigerator but feet could hide cords better. The unit is spacious but runs a little louder than I would have liked. Water and ice maker needs to have a drip tray.

I purchased 4 refrigerators since June 2022. three Samsung and one Whirlpool. The Whirlpool is the best of the four. The ice maker out performs the other refrigerators by Samsung. Very disappointed in the Samsung performance.

Good price on sale but bad design. We had a 14 year old model of the same refrigerator and several changes made were a bad idea. Water dispenser extends out so catch pan is not under it, there are constant drips down the front of the refrigerator any time water is dispensed. They replaced a good ice maker with one that makes very small, quick to melt ice cubes. The prior model had multiple notches in the refrigerator to put shelves at different heights, this one has only one possible configuration, and tall things can't stand on any shelf. The tallest shelf is significantly smaller due to a large controller box on the inside of the refrigerator (that's why this is only 24.6 cu ft rather than 25 cu ft fridge). Less shelves in the freezer and refrigerator than the prior model. The available shelf space and location makes this refrigerator seem much smaller than our prior model. I would not have purchased this if I noticed all these bad changes.

I wanted a refridgerator with ice and water in the door. This works perfectly. With a choice of cubes or crushed without dropping on floor. A win win.

Great and very pleased. This is a good fridge and looks great. Has a little drip when getting water out at first but it went away.

I am very pleased with our new refrigerator! Even more, I am super-pleased with the salespersons who helped us purchase it at Best Buy!

As expected. Delivered in perfect condition. The delivery was on time and the driver contacted me before arrival with his ETA. Old Refrigerator removed and taken away as agreed. This is nicest Refrigerator I have ever owned and it is functioning perfectly.

so far so good,wide interior, my only complaint is the light for the interior is in the back which sometimes is blocked for the items.after that everything looks good .

It’s a good refrigerator, but a bit noisy. I wish I could adjust the height of 1 or 2 of the racks. Overall, it does the job.
