Best buy was great. Icemaker quit working after 8 months. Whirlpool could do a better job on repairs.

To start I was very displeased in Best Buy’s method of handling customers dissatisfaction. I left specific instructions for the delivery personnel to call me at work when they were on their way to my house so I can meet them there. I cannot bring my cell phone to my place of employment. So I gave them my work number. They did not follow simple instructions. They didn’t call me at work, they called me on my cell phone instead, when I said not to. I demanded that Best Buy bring my refrigerator back out to the house and they refused stating that they couldn’t come back until two days later. I refused delivery because I had already waited 10 days for the initial delivery. This was Best Buy’s fault and they refused to make it right. So I cancelled my order, and gave them back their $100 dollar gift card. Best Buy allowed over &1300.00 walk out of their store because they refused to correct their own mistake. I am very doubtful that I will shop at Best Buy again due to negligence and lack of customer appreciation.

We lost our fridge due to the hurricane. Best buy was the only place that had fridge in stock and shipping within 1 week vs 3 months. They do not disappoint. This fridge is amazing!! Has all the bells and whistles. Very high end. I love this fridge.

We have had our Whirlpool side by side refrigerator for a couple of weeks and we love it. It is quiet and keeps items cold. The filter is easy to change because it is near the front.

only problem is the doors don't line up, but they do seal so far.

We just purchased this fridge about a month ago. So far so good.

We spent a LONG time searching for a fridge. My daughter wanted something that was moderate & updated. This fridge fit that perfectly. However it did come dented in the front, not sure how. But Best Buy easily replaced the fridge quickly with ease.

We did not have a good experience with this fridge. The ice maker froze up within 60 days of purchase and the water piece leaked in the front. Turns out---others had the same issues, but it was a pretty new product so not many reviews were available. Too bad---it's a beautiful fridge and I loved it. Until I didn't. :-( . We turned it in for another brand.

We were replacing a 22 year old Kenmore. We like Fingerprint-Resistant stainless steel exterior. No one told us about the metal rack in the door and went to the Whirlpool web site and found out it is an aluminum can storage rack for easy access to a cold beverage. We like it so far.

Great refrigerator! Has a lot of space and cools amazing. Also it definitely looks great in the home.

Love the ice maker and water have two different tabs. Have had fridge in the past where they had the same opening and there would be a delay between switching from ice to water or from big cubes to crushed. Lot of space in this fridge. Fit perfectly.

I knew I wanted a Whirlpool refrigerator. I've had the bottom freezer style for a while and I decided to try the side-by-side again. It was the right size for my space and a good price. I like having 3 drawers. I would recommend this refrigerator.
