Love the stainless refrigerator and had it delivered to my house from professionals best buy employees

To say the true at this moment I never use I'm waiting to move to my house but it really looks new, good condition, and beautiful

It's a very nice refrigerator -- but the day it was delivered (about 3 weeks ago), I discovered that the pull-out drawers bind & I'm having a bit of a struggle with Best Buy to correct this problem. I checked the floor model at the store & the drawers glided smoothly, so I know this really is a problem that shouldn't be happening. I'm still hoping that Best Buy takes care of this

I love this Fridge, I love the color the looks of the outside, I just wished that they had it a little bigger, I buy a lot of groceries and this fridge is a lot smaller than what we use to have but I still love it :) I would recommend this fridge for a family of 2.

Very happy with the fridge. Great temperature, great lighting and love the ice/water dispenser. You can actually see what you’re filling up with the water. Many units you have to tilt and you don’t know how full it is.

My new Whirlpool refrigerator looks great in my kitchen a perfect fit. I have more storage drawers than I find thing to put in them. Love the ice and water dispenser on the front of the refrigerator. The Best Buy Store Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the refrigerators.

When we had to replace a refrigerator that had lasted 30 years, it was important to find one that would have the quality and affordability, while providing all the same features, of any high-priced unit. This is it!!

I had to get the delivery company back to level the doors and handles. They couldn't do it so I called Pacific Sales. Only Whirlpool is allowed to service warranty repairs so I scheduled an appointment with them. They were unable to level the doors and almost leveled the handles. The repairman said that most of the doors come not leveled. Also the door was dented and scratched so they are unable to fix that as well.

Good unit. I like the touch pad external control, but it doesn't show temperatures. The ice dispenser should be taller to allow larger glasses.

Fantastic, clean, huge! Works well for our family of 3, the water leaking dwon the front it the only downfall.

The gentlemen who delivered my appliances were incredibly courteous, helpful, they cleaned up after themselves, assisted me with any questions. They did a fantastic job!! They arrived when they stated they would be here.

This is my 2nd of this exact same refrigerator. The first one was installed and within 10 hours, the freezer was down below 10 degrees and it was making ice. The refrigerator temperature ranged from 38 degrees on the top shelf to 50 degrees on the bottom. I tried setting the refrigerator on the coolest setting and still was never able to get the bottom shelf below 45 degrees. The top shelf varied from 38 to 42 degrees. Best Buy replaced it with the exact same model and the replacement did the exact same thing. I had Whirlpool send out a service tech. He verified my temperatures but couldn't find any issues. He said to load up the fridge to help it maintain a stable temperature. I loaded it up with jugs of water and checked the temperatures the next morning. The top shelf varied from 38 to 40 degrees. The bottom varied from 45 to 48. The freezer is at 3 degrees, so the compressor is fine. I have another Whirlpool service tech coming out next week to look at it, but the customer service person on the phone was trying to tell me that it's just fine for the refrigerator to be as high as 45 degrees even though their own website says it should be between 30 and 40 degrees and that spoilage begins once food has been above 40 degrees for two hours. (Quote from Whirlpool website: "The ideal refrigerator temperature is about 37°F (3°C). However, a range of 33–40°F (0–4°C) is generally accepted as safe for most purposes. Temperatures below 33°F may freeze foods while temperatures above 40°F may lead to food spoilage." and "According to the USDA, bacteria grows most rapidly in temperatures ranging from 40°F to 140°F, and fresh foods can spoil if they’re exposed to temperatures above 40°F for more than two hours.") NOT HAPPY! I spent a ton of money on this fridge and only the top 25% of the fridge is at a safe temperature.

I am happy with my purchase. The refrigerator is spacious an satisfies all my food storage needs.

Whirlpool appliances are always reliable. So far, I do not have an issues with the fridge. It runs quietly and with no fuss to install. Ice maker is great and the design is sleek and modern.

Put into a house we were selling. Buyers seem pleased. Plenty of space in both freezer and refrigerator part of the unit.

The refrigerator is great; But the 2 guys that delivered and installed it need the most recognition. One of the hottest days this summer under the worst conditions with an impossible flight of steps to navigate these guys rocked it.

This whirlpool refrigerator is working out just fine, I have lots of space now! We had a great salesman and quality installers.

Nice refrigerator; makes a very LOUD noise (sounds like drilling) when filling water for ice maker

Great refrigerator. PRO -Cools quickly and has better crushed ice than my old Samsung unit. CON- The ice water in the door was not large enough to accept mugs, only cups.
