Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We Purchased this item and was told we could pick it up that following Wednesday verbally by salesman, then when we came to pick it up salesman pretended that he didn’t say it and told us to look at the documents which we didn’t pay attention to the date for the next following week. After picking up item and keeping it to be placed in our new home we finally was able to get it there and when we opened the refrigerator the inside drawer is cracked we noticed the doors on top was smashed too. My husband didn’t want to make a big deal because he was excited of moving and felt that it would be a hassle because the blame would be passed on us again. Overall the refrigerator works and praying that the ice and water dispensers work too which the refrigerator didn’t come with the extended hook up for that.

I still dont know where a rack goes on the door. They drill some black resistance doors on a regular black refrigerator. The bottom looks like something missing. I have been trying to get a return but no 4 men team. They have come out twice w/o 4 men. Never on the invoice, including today.
