    The ice maker is louder than I'm used too but that's bc my previous icemaker was practically silent. Good fridge though. Lots of space

    We were promised a new left handle and 2 screws from this purchase ( in writing)almost 4 weeks ago. I went into the store 3 times and spoke to Jeff twice the store manager who reminded Aaron and Harvey our salesperson(s). This still has not produced a handle for us -store #409 Comstock Park Michigan. I am very disapointed to say the least. The communication on this team needs retraining quickly

    It is noisy. Yes, it is very noisy. I called Best Buy and they directed me to whirlpool. I called them and she says it is normal. What is normal? She cannot answer what is the normal dB level for this type of refrigerator. I am really disappointed with this model. What is worse: I now see a lot of complaints about noise level of whirlpool refrigerators. Best Buy must add the noise levels of appliances in their labels.

    I purchased 4 refrigerators since June 2022. three Samsung and one Whirlpool. The Whirlpool is the best of the four. The ice maker out performs the other refrigerators by Samsung. Very disappointed in the Samsung performance.
