This is our second purchase and have been pleased both times.

Inherited a GE side-by-side in a townhome that had served its useful life. Thought I would purchase an LG or Samsung but loved the features and price of this model, not wanting too many bells and whistles. Had a very loud vibration that appeared a couple of days after delivery but after a minor adjustment by the Geek Squad it is quieter than even expected. Very pleased overall.

Best Buy had the product (refrigerator) that we were looking for and was able to have it delivered and installed before we had the plumbers in to re-pipe the house. Their sales staff and delivery people were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We will certainly buy our next appliances from them.

It's loud. You can hear it from 60 feet away or from another room. Shelving is flimsy. Bottom left corner of refrigerator has ugly plastic showing. It looks like a piece is missing. It rolls forward. It is listed with 5 cu feet more than my last refrigerator but there is actually less usuable space. Due to the pandemic, I had to rely strictly on online information and regret purchasing it. If able, I highly suggest you view in this in person before purchasing.

Not happy with the water dispenser. It water onto the floor.

Decent little fridge. Measurements are slightly off and was a pain to get through the doorway.

This is very good buy huge in capacity and fits in space provided by builder.

Yep works great. The box was easy to open and fun to watch and use.

As big as this refrigerator is I was surprised on how little space it has. The one thing I am extremely disappointed about is that the refrigerated door just flies open and it feels like it’s going to break right off. I have found that to be rediculous especially since I have now taken everything out of the door and it still does it and have lost more refrigerator space. The door is truly going to break off. I have read every manual for this and nowhere does it say how to tighten this and does not look like it can be on the door at all. Extremely dossapointed about this.

The refrigerator works fine. I think it runs loudly. Can hear it running two rooms away at night. That is my only complaint.

I like the fridge, very spacious with good shelving and the interior lighting is very good. Water is a little slow, but I think that is normal. Time will tell if it holds up over the years, but after 1 month I am pleased. I liked the BestBuy buying experience.

Great product to buy that’s not expensive and cost effective

Delivery and set up was efficient. Thank you for delivering a good refrigerator. I had been without one due to the previous one being inconsistent. Icemaker then refrigerator wouldnt cool. The freezer worked but the other part of the appliance did not work.

Great refridgerator, definately recommend to anyone

...the white bottom hinges, which are almost impossible to see on the website or not noticeable on the showroom floor, are extremely visible in my kitchen! My fridge is black so it should have black hinges!

This fridge is awesome! It holds everything I need!

The thin glass shelves are awesome. Only complaint is loud when running.

Water dispenser does not make “cold” water. Second glass is chilled to 50 degrees and first glass is not cooled and you are supposed to discard first glass each time per the manual. 50 degrees sounds cold but it is not if you are looking for cold drinking water which I am. Considering returning.

Not overall huge but it fits perfectly into my house and works great.

should have bought the one without ice/water dispenser to have more storage in the freezer. We are not using tap water for ice nor drinking so the dispenser is useless.
