Based on price for the size and features, this is 5 stars. Excellent value, but I subtracted a star because of several minor annoyances. 1) The unit is noisy when it runs, at least compared to our last two units. Also, when the ice dispenser is filling a cup or when the unit reloads water, it can be obnoxiously loud. Not a show-stopper, but surprised us at the volume from a newer model. 2) The water dispenser does not provide cooled water. This might not seem like a big deal, but when your family is expecting cooled water, it can be a consistent minor annoyance. I have never seen a modern refrigerator not deliver cooled water. We're in Texas and it's July, so your needs may be different. 3) As others said, the sides are not stainless, but rather a closely matching gray color. Not a big deal for us. 4) The unit does pick up fingerprints pretty easily. Just be aware... MDTX

We love our refrigerator. We love the water and ice dispenser. The Side by Side allows for more room on both sides. I'll be recommending this product to families and friends.

Great item at a great price, very quiet and energy efficient compared to the one I had.

This refrigerator works well, but unfortunately it does not have the same storage space of the previous model that I owned. The cubic space is the same, but the setup of storage in the unit is not as effectively used. Space in the freezer side is limited in contrast to the previous model (side compartments), access to get ice from the ice maker is more difficult, the ice cubes have been changed so they are now larger (which I do not care for) and one of the storage bins in the refrigerator size is smaller. The water dispenser also does not reflect the ounces disbursed like the previous model. As a whole the refrigerator works well. I just prefer the previous model as I feel it was a bit more user friendly

So far this is a solid replacement for our previous Whirlpool. It's very bright, easy to find things on the shelves and in the bins. Cooled down much faster than expected. If I were to make any suggestions, here are the only things I would improve on: (a) more flexibility in moving the shelves - with all the shelves in place there is only one tall enough to hold tall items. This might be fine for most people, but we will often put a case of bottled water on a shelf, which won't fit most of the shelves. (b) The icemaker is a little loud - can't use it at night without waking people up. Otherwise, this is a good solid refrigerator.

I love my new refrigerator. It's the absolutely correct size and my salesperson, Joanne R. was awesome. She asked all the right questions and made me really think before deciding this was the correct one to buy. She was courteous, kind and always had a smile on her face. Loved the experience.

I've had this for a couple of months now and for the most part I'm pleased. The ice dispenser is a little weird and doesn't work well with taller water bottles but that's a minor complaint. I like the shape of the ice cubes. It's roomy enough and I like the 3 drawers on the refridgerator side. Overall pleased with the purchase so far.

It is well lit and bright inside. It has easy to remove and replaceable shelves. The door bins are large and roomy.

We've had this refrigerator 2 months to this day, Oct 14. I do not know if you call it the compressor or motor but this refrigerator gets really loud for a minute or so on a regular basis. We have the refrigerator compartment set at the coldest temperature yet the thermometer we have inside often points close to the spoilage zone and today I noted that it is at the spoilage zone (see attachment) which prompted this review. I do not know how often this has happened in the last two months. Thankfully, the only items I have found spoiled way before their expiration date are Havarti cheese and celery sticks. The temperature from the water dispenser has never gotten cold . It's the same temperature as the water from the kitchen faucet. It maybe time to call the geek squad in.

i love it but there is not a lot of freezer room and if you have little kids be careful because the temp to the refrigerator is on the water pad also it does not produce a lot of ice we run out a lot ..sad thing is we are not even big water/ice users

I like the amount of storage this fridge offers, the side by side freezer beats the lower freezer completely. This fridge was affordable great value.

Overall I have to give this refrigerator 5 stars for its space, function, features, and value! However I am no longer a fan of the French door style. With a large family we have to rotate items often to find things. But the ice and water dispenser features are great!

Love this fridge. Fits beautifully with my decor. Keeps everything nice and cold. So far so good, I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

We viewed this model at our local best but and I was really against it because the sales floor model had completely uneven handles. The salesperson assured us that this was a wonderful selection band had just been put together incorrectly on the sales floor. My husband wanted matching whirlpool so we moved forward with our purchase. When it was delivered and set up it had again uneven door handles which when open the door slings and rocks the entire refrigerator. We have called and gotten ping ponged around from who has the authority to fix this. Still no word on what they will do. It's a defective product. I should have went with my instinct and not purchased this. The picture I am adding is the sales floor

I would rate it very good. I ordered it, and it came in on time. Delivery was great. As indicated in other reviews, the ice maker is loud. It actually scared my pets at first. I had difficulty getting used to the water dispenser, as it pours onto the floor if you’re not careful. Other than that, I love the way it looks and fits in my kitchen, and the price was reasonable.

Works great, exactly what we needed, beautiful styling, and very functional.

I like the refrigerator a lot and it was a great price. The things I didn't like are, the shelves in the refrigerator side are not adjustable, there is only one light on the top of the freezer side, and the water dispenser is so close to the ice dispenser you easily hit it trying to get ice which spills water down the whole door into the floor.

This fridge has performed fine for us in the month we've owned it thus far. We recently moved on from a GE French Door fridge that developed problems with the ice maker, freezer seal, closing flap, drawers cracking, and leaking on the floor. So, ANYTHING would have been an upgrade. PROS: It keeps things cold. It dispenses ice and water properly. CONS: The ice maker took awhile to start producing ice at a solid rate. The compressor is typically noticeable and occasionally VERY loud, our previous fridge (though it had other faults) was whisper quiet. There is no thermometer to see what the temp is inside the fridge or freezer, or what the temp is set at. There is just a "cold" to "coldest" 4-bar meter. I feel like the technology was a bit better on my previous machine. But hey, it seems to work well so far. I'm hoping with less bells and whistles, there will be minimal maintenance and long-lasting product.
