I lost $300 worth of groceries I had just purchased and the freezer melted water all over my floors. I then had to wait almost 2 weeks for someone to fix my refrigerator (scheduled tomorrow) and had to purchase a mini fridge in order to have food available for my children (another $200 spent unnecessarily). If they are not able to fix it or offer a timely FUNCTIONAL replacement I will be highly upset.

Whirlpool designated service representative says all Whirlpool refrigerator are that way. service technician irreparable breaks the refrigerator when installing a replacement compressor. Now I'm without a refrigerator, perhaps for weeks. Whirlpool is mired in required 'business processes' before affecting a solution

Be mindful it doesn’t come with brakes or a way to stop the wheels from moving. I wish I was able to know that before I purchased it. Just don’t open the fridge door with a lot of force or else it will move towards you.
