Did not accept this product, when it arrived it was damaged

This side by side has the space we were seeking, the in-door ice server, the right depth and width for the space we have. It is made in the USA so parts and service are available. It is a Whirlpool so it has quality.

This refrigerator is so noises. I can still hear the noise in my 2nd floor room after close the door. I can not stay with this noise environment Amy more. Return this refrigerator and buy another one.

Good Afternoon, I am a honest individual, this whirlpool model fridge is not a good choice. Whirlpool is a awesome brand. I personally would not purchase this particular model, the Freezer part of the fridge stopped working only two weeks after purchase.

Good so far. Ice maker dispenser could be bigger, but I guess that would take away from the freezer space. It works

I wanted to love this so much but I don’t. I’m not sure if it’s because it wasn’t correctly set up but the fridge part freezes my food all the time and I end up Having to waste it. I called before about it but nothing was done. This is such an inconvenience for me!

The ice machine/water filter is so poorly designed: the water comes out warm and drips all over the floor, ice always gets stuck, and then melts causing further water to drip on the floor. The drawers are made of cheap plastic and don't open smoothly.

The refrigerator works fine but is EXTREMELY LOUD!

Lighting is very poor and drawers are cheap but the price was very competitive.

In the beginning it was fine now the ice maker is not working, doesn’t make any ice anymore I have to keep buying ice. The whole purpose of buying a fridge with ice making was to have ice unfortunately I don’t have that. This was a waste of money whirlpool appliances suck

Ice maker isn’t working within the 1st year of purchase.

Failing after 1.75 years - avoid it. One year warranty is not enough for these products. Whirlpool is clearly not the quality product that it used to be.

I still do not have this item as I have been waiting over a month for it to be delivered Best Buy has the worst service

This refrigerator is very noisy! Ice is constantly getting stuck in the ice dispenser. I have to take a knife to get the ice to come out. When using crushed ice feature, water will pool up and run down into floor. Did I mention how noisy this refrigerator is?

its a great fridg freezer works well makes ice great fits in space very nicely and looks great

The water dispenser sits so far forward that when you get a cup of water, it drips down the front of the refrigerator. I noticed it right away and was not going to put up with it. Two days later, I had it returned and bought something else.

Simple, utilitarian design, functional and the kind of design (side by side) that my wife likes

Garbage, after 3 months fridge is already leaking for no reason, when you use the ice machine some ice gets stuck inside and fall off when they start to melt and mess all the freezer side and your nice floor. I tried to upload a photo and it keeps saying failed, ugh.

I am very happy with this refrigerator at this time. It has all the features that I need.

Every time the refrigerator starts up, there is a large rattle. Called Whirlpool and they wanted to charge us to come out to look at it (bought in January 2019). Whirlpool does not stand behind its products. Will never buy another one of their appliances ever again. Stay away from Whirlpool products as they will not honor their warranty.
