Bottom on both sides at doors was damaged. The refrigerator was never brought inside the house. I will not accept a damaged doors.

Ice Maker is already broken

I now have to call to have it repaired and take off work to wait for the repair person. Not happy!!!!!

I am not keeping this item. It has such a loud humming noise it is like there is no insulation at all. The glass shelf will come out when you open a drawer and it just feels cheap. I really expected more from Whirlpool.

One of them was only only on the job 2 days and didn't what he was doing. They delivered a unit with a large dent in the side plus they did major damage to our hardwood floor putting it together. This was after a no show on delivery day and a reschedual for two days later. We called numerous times and have been assured we could exchange the unit. We also settled for a model that we really didn't want because we were without a refrigerator and this model was in stock and we could get it ASAP. Why won't anyone return our calls so we can get an undamaged refrigerator that we paid for???? Very poor customer service!

It is very cheaply made. My newly purchased refrigerator door is warped. All seals seem suspect. The bins are made from very thin plastics and I don't expect them to last very long.

I wish we would have returned it right away. Also, the water dispenser drips twice every time it’s used which we were told is normal. That should not be normal.

The freezer part works fine, just the refrigerator was at 50 degrees. Contacted Whirlpool for repair. Repair guy ordered a part and replaced it on 8/28/2020. Found on 8/31/2020 that the refrigerator was not cooling again and called the repair company. A different repair guy came out and put an order in for a control unit. It takes 3 weeks to get this part in. So far have had this since 8/2/2020, and it only worked maybe 10 days. Not too confident that the part that was ordered will work.

They wanted over &800 to repair, had it 3 years, shame on me for not purchasing warranty. Good old side by side. No frills, water dispenser in front of ice is annoying, but I will put up with it for half the price of the LG. It’s not fancy, but is working and I have extended warranty on this one. Purchased online and delivered next day, Best Buy has always done a good job.
