The refrigerator is a good size for my use. It does not have brakes so if you open a door it will scoot forward but overall a nice refrigerator.

Love the look of this refrigerator but feet could hide cords better. The unit is spacious but runs a little louder than I would have liked. Water and ice maker needs to have a drip tray.

Whirlpool has great products. This refrigerator is spacious, produces two kinds of ice, and is quiet. It cools and freezes well and has been reliable so far. Our past experiences with Whirlpool have been positive.

In the beginning, there was a mix-up with the survey appointment, which was cancelled by the store without our knowledge. We waited at home all day and no one showed up. The store manager at the Brook Road/Glen Allen, VA location never called back, so we drove to the store. The manager couldn’t confirm why the appt was cancelled, but he couldn’t do anything about it because it was scheduled by Geek Squad, not Best Buy, even though Best Buy sold me the fridge and set up the appt. My guess is that they had a “call-out.” The next day, our fridge was delivered. The Best Buy rep assured us that the delivery team can hook up the stainless steel hose to the fridge. This was not true! We had to spend another $300.00 to hire a plumber. The fridge itself is very nice and it matches our other appliances. It’s less noisy than our other fridge. The only noise I hear is from the ice maker when dropping and making ice. You can use Lysol wipes to clean the front of the stainless steel fridge. The front and sides are magnetic. I just don’t like how wide the door swings open. Other than that, I am satisfied with the fridge. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably buy big ticket appliances from Lowe’s because the in-store reps at Lowe’s seem more knowledgeable and they warned me that I didn’t have the correct hook-up and that I needed to hire a plumber beforehand. The Best Buy rep told me differently, but it seems like he was more concerned about making a quick sale. I will still shop at Best Buy for smaller electronic items though.

The fridge works great, but I feel it was a little misrepresented on the website. For example, it only mentions a stainless steel finish, but fails to mention that its only on the front facade - the sides are painted a fairly ugly flat grey. Also, the doors look crooked, even after install from Best Buy's folks.

Refrigerator was the perfect size for my house. And looks great and works great.

Not a bad frig. It was not my first choice but it was what was available post-pandemic. I would have preferred adjustable shelves. I like the can/bottle holder on the door and the water filter is very easy to replace. Unfortunately, after 18 months, the icemaker only puts out crushed ice. I have tried a few fix-it remedies, but so far nothing has worked. Color: I opted for black stainless steel...not all black stainless are the same. It is more along the lines of a brownish-black.

This refridgerator works great. It has a lot of room in it and makes a lot of ice fast. The ice crushes ice very well.

We replaced a Samsung due to ongoing issues and then the freezer would not hold a freezing temperature. So far we are very happy. It is quiet, makes ice fast and even though it is slightly smaller capacity, it seems much bigger. The only issue I have with it is the veggie drawer doesn’t slide in and out smoothly and you can’t adjust the shelves.
