Great! Refrigerator has good aesthetic and functions well.

Upon delivery, the store associates told me that this refrigerator does not have self leveling mechanism. So I didn't look for it. After in use for a few days, I noticed that it constantly had loud oscillating noise. Then I decided to find out what could get rid of the problem. It does have a way to level the two front corners. Afterward, the noise is smaller. Unfortunately, the door for the refrigerator side seems to always sticks out a little bit as if it is not fully closed. This problem still persists.

It is a great refrigerator. The interior is laid out much better than our old one. The cold water and ice distributors are separated but in same area. It is best refrigerator we have ever had.

Overall I'm satisfied with quality and features. The ice maker is more noisy than my last fridge. I have the cold and freeze settings at max, but it wont get as cold as my old unit. I can't say that I'm in love with this unit, the best feature is probably looks. But it is acceptable and it had the features I wanted. Delivery from bestbuy was good, they had no issues with my RO water connection. Nice to see they knew what they were doing.

We had to replace our last refrigerator that was under warranty with Best Buy. We chose this model because it had the same dimensions and shelves of our last fridge. The only real issue is that the ice maker in this one takes up a whole freezer shelf, unlike the last one that had the ice maker in the door. It’s the exact same fridge except for that feature. Otherwise, completely awesome.

After just thirteen years, our refrigerator died (defrost cycle ceased to function properly). We have long been fans of Whirlpool products, having great experiences in the past with them, especially their dishwashers (which we still miss!). Our first month with this unit has been just fine. The ice make/dispenser is one of the main reason we went with this frig. It has a very large ice bin and a metal auger to deliver the ice to the in-door dispenser. Our former unit has a plastic auger which had to be replace three times in 13 years. Only issue is the water dispenser which is easy to trip when just wanting ice. We are adjusting.

Was looking for a Maytag side by side. I hated to let the one I had go after having it for 26 years, but nothing lasts forever. This Whirlpool side-by-side was as close as I could get, and It’s been great! I like the brightness of the lighting on the inside, and the contents are viewable due to the clear drawers. Would have liked more freezer storage, but it will do. I love how fast the water flows from the water dispenser on the door, and a light automatically comes on when using the ice or water dispenser. Overall a great refrigerator!

Whirlpool quality refrigerator. I had a similar model for over 20 years. We upgraded to stainless steel. Looks great. Love the side by side design. The ice maker keeps us stocked with ice. It dispenses easily.

I purchased this fridge nearly 3 years ago and I am sadly disappointed. I purchase a Kenmore grom Sears in 2006 and never had a problem with water dispenser or ice maker with regular filter changing. I sold my home and included it with the sale. I purchased a whirlpool because it is suppose to be by same manufacturer as Kenmore. I find that hard to believe compared to the inconsistant working operation of ice maker and water dispenser. I called for service only to learn that you have to pay $150 for him to walk in your house & any services & parts are extra. You could end of paying half the amount of a new fridge. What a rip off. I had an issue in Sept 2023 and its only Dec 2023 and its happening again.

We purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy and I love it. Had a little trouble installing it because of plumbing issue. But got it completed. And it is nice. Sales department made it very quick and easy to make the sale. Got 18 months financing. Which worked for us. Thanks Best Buy we will be back.

Exactly the height and width needed for the space it was going in. Great looking fridge and got a good deal on it for Presidents Day.

This is just an okay refrigerator. I was expecting to enjoy cool water from the dispenser but only get slightly chilled water and lots of drip running down the front of the door. The ice maker randomly drops ice from the dispenser as well. I have found puddles of melted ice on my hardwood floor in the morning. I was going to turn in a warranty claim, but not I see from other reviews that it's a design problem. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

We love the unit, but after 3 weeks we opened the freezer and found one huge block of ice in the ice tray and icycles down the sides...took us 2 hours and a hair dryer to get the tray out. We called Whirlpool and they sent a guy out who determined it was a bad water valve (on a brand new refrigerator/freezer). We are currently waiting for the part and replacement, all covered under warranty. As long as they follow through on repairs, we are happy with the product.

This refrigerator has some nice features over my old Whirlpool fridge that was similar to this one. I like that the water dispenser is in front of the ice dispenser, making it easier to fill a glass of water. It also has nice, wide shelves in the refrigerator door and glass shelving in the freezer. Why I gave this refrigerator an average rating is because it is a lot louder than my old fridge when the compressor is running. Also, the refrigerator side doesn't seem to cool evenly - the top half is a few degrees colder than the bottom half. I had to up the refrigerator temperature setting one notch in order to get the bottom half to cool to less than 40 degrees. (It was reading between 40 and 42 degrees.)

The refrigerator has plenty of room and is designed well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because at times it is a little noisy.
