refrigerator was needed for a downstairs gallery kitchen side by side was my choice

This product is very satisfying and suits my need. It is very user friendly. The freezer section has a lot more room for storage and I like the external ice maker, makes it easliy accessible for childrens. I also like the storage place on the door in refridgerator side, it has lots of room. Overall the refrigator has lots of storage space, more than my previous one. It's good choice for me.

Reasonably priced, sleek look, adequate space, however, the door does not have a stopper so you have to hold it open or it will swing all the way back.

Beautiful fridge. Works great on the freezer and refrigerator side. Fits perfectly in our space as we have limited room.

This fridge doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a lot of the other models, but provides a nice feature set for the price point. The one complaint is that the wheels underneath don't seem to lock and sometime the weight of the door swinging open pulls the fridge away from the wall.

I am very happy with the interior layout of the refrigerator and freezer- more space than I anticipated! I was also very impressed with the Best Buy delivery and installation teams - very professional, great service. I am only giving this 3 stars though because of the water and ice function. I intentionally selected a unit that had an exterior function for both water and ice. The water is only cold for one cup, defeating the purpose/ease of an exterior option. Additionally, the water will drip after each pour (down front of freezer, not on drip tray). Ice function is temperamental, but mostly working!

Ice maker is Very Loud and the ice gets stuck in the dispenser. Filter is at floor level and very hard to reach to change. Keeps things cold.

It's nice. I read a review that says this fridge runs loud but it's quieter than the GE this replaced.

I've been using this two-door refrigerator for a few months now, and the built-in ice maker has been a game-changer.

Nice, roomy, stylish! My only complaint would be that ice/water dispenser needs a tray! Keeps spitting ice and water to floor.

Very classic look so fat so good seems a little smaller but its good I like it better than our old Samsung

Originally had a Samsung fridge, would not recommend. First of all I learned why the ice makers go out so quickly, it's because they are in the fridge and not the freezer. Bought this Whirlpool as an open box unit and have had no problems.

GREAT FRIDGE. IT MATCHES MY NEW OVEN REALLY WELL. WOULD HAV BEEN NICE IF AFTER ITR WAS SET UP IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED HOW TO PUT THE INSIDE TOGETHER AND ON ITS FUNCTIONS. AS IN: HOW TO SET TERMP FOR FRIDGE AND FREEZER, HOW TO TURN ON ICE MAKER, etc. SAME THING OCCURED WHEN MY OVEN WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS SET UP, CHECKED TO BE SURE IT WORKED, BUT WAS NEVER INSTRUCTED ON ITS FUNCTIONS AND USE.

This fridge has more than enough space for a family of four. Easy to install. Only negative is that the fridge door swings open.

We bought this less than 6 months ago and regret this purchase for many reasons: one, water drips from the drink dispenser and down the front of the refrigerator. Also, the way you press the water dispenser to get water in your cup, you use the lip of your cup and how unsanitary is that! We have water somehow dripping from somewhere in the freezer and icicles forming from the top and sides. My husband found some solution online that involved putting silicone caulking around the seal, but that did not help at all. I keep begging him to call Whirlpool, but haven't yet. My biggest beef is the poor return policy of Best Buy. We said years ago we wouldn't buy from them just for the policy alone, but obviously we forgot and are sorely reminded at this point. We should have gone to Costco.

This fridge works great, I like the led lighting and shelf space.

It works very well. only sometimes the noise to make the ice is loud

The ice maker was nit working and Best buy told me that they could not do anything about it because i didn’t buy a service contract

Perfect product for our needs, it is a very eficient product,

Delivery was couple hours late --- but it was ok. The guys did a good install job. Since then ---the frig. looks good and works fine. How-ever -- it makes a lot of noise while making ice. (loud motor) Other-wise - its good.
