Delivery guys were great - but the fridge was badly damaged and we did not accept it. Then were told we cannot get another until January or February, so canceled. Refund process was good.

It is very quite and has lots of room. Very please with how it looks.

It’s been great so far! One of the drawers had a small crack and customer service without question sent a replacement. Appreciate that! At first you think there’s not enough space but in reality there is plenty. Love the drink holders on the side door. The no fingerprints is a game changer.

In my opinion, Whirlpool has good products. My new model looks good. I am happy with this side by side refrigerator with ice maker & water dispenser. I would recommend Whirlpool! It seems their products always work very well!

Runs Constantly and is loud! Not very happy with it.

This fridge works great and looks very nice. It was easy to install/ set up.The only complaint is when the door is open is swings open fully on it's own.

So far, I love this fridge. It’s compact but spacious, with plenty of shelf and drawer space. Ice maker can be a little loud, and the angle of the glass placement when getting ice is a bit awkward, making it easy to spill/deip ice.

We needed a slightly larger fridge to replace our old 21c.f. and it had to be within certain dimensions to fit the space. This one is a decent and a good fit. My only complaint, and if we'd dug a little more into research, is that the shelves are fixed. Meaning, the tallest-space shelf is on the very top; we preferred to have the tall-space at mid-height (for milk, tea pitcher, etc.). In order to have it out way, we just removed a shelf. So, while we *did* get a bigger appliance (the freezer is bigger too), we lost shelf space on the fridge side. We're making it work.

the ice dispenser is a little short so the water glass does not go under the dispenser, it has to be placed at an angle.

Where do I even begin. I guess the first time I opened it was a bird flew out and said cheeeep lol. The doors are uneven as are the handles. Even if the doors aligned correctly handles would still be uneven. The ice dispenser in the door is too small for most glasses fit under it. The water dispenser doesn’t shut off properly and squirts water everywhere. Both operations are very noisy. There is no adjustment to the shelving in either compartment. The crisper drawers are hard to open empty and virtually impossible once anything is put into it. The ice maker struggles to keep up with just my husband and I. It would be disastrous for a larger family. The lighting in either compartment is woefully inadequate.

PERFECT APPLIANCE FOR MY NEW HOME. VERY GOOD PRODUCT AND I LOVE THE DESIGN.

Fridge It’s good but the freezer takes a long time to make ice cubes it’s really slow and disappointed and the doors don’t fit well needs to be fixed they are off otherwise I like the fridge

I like the appliance but I do not like the water and ice dispenser, The water does not stop when paddle is released causing a little water mess

Thoroughly enjoying my new side by side refrigerator. I could have gone with the more expensive French door style which is very popular now but why pay $1,200 more when everything I need is in this refrigerator. Product, sales, and service were excellent.

I love this fridge, but I do not like the way the water and ice dispenser is setup. The top is very sharp and I end up hurting my hand quite often when getting myself a cup of ice water. That's just a little nitpick though. It is plenty spacious.

The refrigerator and freezer features work as expected, but the ice dispenser is horrible. Ice will frequently get stuck in the dispenser chute inside the freezer, or ice will get stuck in the mechanism, slowly melt, and you'll end up with a drip tray full of water that will empty itself all over the floor the next time you open the freezer door. Also note that the water dispenser is not chilled.

Good looking fridge. Very spacious and functional. I love Whirlpool products.
