This refrigerator is pretty good, but I was surprised that the interior shelves are not adjustable. Bad design! And there’s no cover over the front bottom corners - ugly!

I love this refrigerator. It was just what I needed. It is replacing a unit I've had for 20 years. Once you open the doors on this unit you can see everything clearly because it is so well lit. I trust the Whirlpool brand very much so it was a no-brainer for me to make this purchase. (Also, I'm glad it was on sale) thanks bestbuy!

Looks great and does the job I didn’t connect the ice maker yet so I can’t comment. The temp controls could be better - just higher to lower with no actual temperatures. Otherwise a solid choice

Fridge is good, but wish I could have gotten it in bisque within a week of order.

So far it’s doing a good job! It’s noisier than our last refrigerator and the ice maker makes quite a noise at times! Other than that I would recommend it!

I was late getting off work the driver wouldn't accommodate me because i ask could they make me the last delivery ,i just spent a $1,000 and they wouldn't, i return this item and spent my money somewhere else and they accommodate me

Whirlpool quality is evident, and it maintains temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer well!

This Whirlpool 24 CU Ft side-by side refrigerator is part of the 4 appliance package we bought in February 2019. It is the right size for our family of 4. The Stainless Steel is easy to maintain. Looks beautiful. The Ice maker makes plenty of ice quickly for these HOT summer days. The chill bins keep our vegetables crisp & fresh. We love it!

As big as this refrigerator is I was surprised on how little space it has. The one thing I am extremely disappointed about is that the refrigerated door just flies open and it feels like it’s going to break right off. I have found that to be rediculous especially since I have now taken everything out of the door and it still does it and have lost more refrigerator space. The door is truly going to break off. I have read every manual for this and nowhere does it say how to tighten this and does not look like it can be on the door at all. Extremely dossapointed about this.

EXCELLENT FRIDGE FOR A HOME OF 5. THE QUALITY AND THE PRICE ARE PERFECT.

To start I was very displeased in Best Buy’s method of handling customers dissatisfaction. I left specific instructions for the delivery personnel to call me at work when they were on their way to my house so I can meet them there. I cannot bring my cell phone to my place of employment. So I gave them my work number. They did not follow simple instructions. They didn’t call me at work, they called me on my cell phone instead, when I said not to. I demanded that Best Buy bring my refrigerator back out to the house and they refused stating that they couldn’t come back until two days later. I refused delivery because I had already waited 10 days for the initial delivery. This was Best Buy’s fault and they refused to make it right. So I cancelled my order, and gave them back their $100 dollar gift card. Best Buy allowed over &1300.00 walk out of their store because they refused to correct their own mistake. I am very doubtful that I will shop at Best Buy again due to negligence and lack of customer appreciation.

I had a very specific space this needed to fit in. It fit in that space, its much larger than my last fridge and love the ability to have ice and water.

The perfect refrigerator when you are in need of one

This refrigerator perfectly meets my family’s needs, and coordinates will with my existing appliances. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I was worried about it not fitting but it fit just fine. not noisy at all

should have bought the one without ice/water dispenser to have more storage in the freezer. We are not using tap water for ice nor drinking so the dispenser is useless.

Trying to register the purchase with Whirlpool was the hardest part of this purchase. My only complaint is that the freezer portion is relatively narrow and probably will not accommodate the largest boxes of frozen pizza. This is not a problem for my family, but it might bother some.

Water dispenser does not make “cold” water. Second glass is chilled to 50 degrees and first glass is not cooled and you are supposed to discard first glass each time per the manual. 50 degrees sounds cold but it is not if you are looking for cold drinking water which I am. Considering returning.

So far I am very pleased with the Whirlpool refrigerator. The installation crew was very good and helpful. They called the night prior ro the installation and kept me updated all day before their arrival.
