I like the freezer capacity, I get much more ice capacity than before. Freezer/refrigerator doors shuts easily and smoothly. Also glad I switched to side by side freezer rather than the chest. Love my appliances better than I first thought I would

Very happy with our new refrigerator. We had a similar one with ice maker inside freezer. This one is awesome!!! Ice maker on the door so we have more room and can even fit pizzas. Love everything about the refrigerator and happy it is a Whirlpool. The shelves are versatile also which makes it nice.

The refrigerator whirlpool is good the only thing I don't like is the fingerprint

Overall I liked the refrigerator, the week I had it, but it was noisy so I returned it. You could hear it running loudly and it would turn off when you opened it. If you don’t mind a noisy fridge, it’s great.

We chose this refrigerator from the scratch and dent section of our local Best Buy. It had a small dent in the front lower door. We just cover it with a magnet. Great refrigerator so far. Love the pop can rack in side door. Makes ice faster than our old refrigerator. Great product.

3 months and 1 week and the compressor goes out! You have to deal with whirlpool directly, it’s looking like a month until I can get a running refrigerator. I can no longer return so I have to wait until a new compressor is ordered and comes in.

Really really disappointed. 18 months after purchase the ice stopped working. Called repairman. The little heater inside the freezer door to keep the water from freezing until it makes it into the ice mold quit. We need to replace the door at over $1000! Terrible purchase!

Overall i got an updated refrigerator from previous fridge

The ice maker is noisier than expected when it fills with water. Also, Ice cubes get stuck in the cube setting and it causes ice to come out crushed a little when you expect cubes. Not a bad deal for us though for the price.

I like fridge. The only issue is the i e maker has the ice in the door and any excess melts and hoes on the floor.

I really like this refrigerator. We have it about a month now. Its the first side by side I have ever owned. There's just two of us and this size is just right for us. But if you have a bigger family, I would suggest getting the larger size.

First year with the rental we needed to replace my dishwasher and fridge raider walked in the young man was so helpful I purchased it that day and it will be look delivered April 1 excellent service very happy with what I received will receive

I only had this refrigerator for less than a month and so far it's been good we like the small ice cube the the dispenser dropped not like the one we had where the ice cubes are big and didn't make ice fast enough

This refrigerator sucked from the moment they delivered it . They had to change the thermostat twice , the ice maker twice and then it ruined all my food and I had to be reimbursed . Finally they quit sending people out and just replaced it . Still waiting on my new fridge . I thought whirlpool was a good and brand but I guess I got a lemon .

This refrigerator was noisy while running. Unfortunately it only ran for 3 weeks before the compressor died. We lost a few hundred dollars of food. Best Buy would not accept return after two weeks from delivery. Six weeks later Whirlpool warranty repair still has not replaced the compressor. They state they don't have a qualified technician who can perform the work.
