I what recommends choice and Whirlpool refrigerators

We bought this fridge one year ago and just had to schedule the second warranty repair appointment for the same issue- not cooling. Last time the repair process was terrible. The company misdiagnosed it and it took over a month to get it repaired. I just checked the reviews of the company they’re sending this time and they also get predominantly awful reviews. We’re extremely disappointed in this refrigerator and the entire warranty/repair process.

First received wrong one. Then received the right one and it continued to leak water at the bottom! Ordered a different one

Great fridge and beautiful looking, inside and outside.

Not sure I should even give it a fair at this time as the compressor went out just after 30 days. Waiting for it to be repaired. Good thing I kept my old refrigerator.

Getting this fridge delivered was a nightmare. Miscommunication between manufacturer, warehouse and store managers was useless and infuriating. Several times this item was delayed with no reasoning or explanation. Even though I confirmed I was on schedule for delivery several times, I was pushed back with no real explanation. I ordered early February and was originally to be delivered end if February with installation. Was pushed back, then the virus hits and now it sits in my garage waiting to be installed at an unforeseeable date. Will not order another appliance thru best buy ever again.

One thing we did not like is that the freezer constantly freezes the ice so Much that it constantly gets stuck. Decent fridge if your on a budget but the freezing of ice would be a deal breaker for me

This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. It has been worked on so many times and still shoots out ice randomly. Terribly made.

Stay away from this refrigerator. Had random ice dropping from the ice dispenser daily. Have 5 visits they finally resolved the issue.

The refrigerator don’t work properly need to exchange for different brand nice looking but

Broke it 45 days.. Ice marker doesnt work... what a joke.

Geek squad delivered the ordered refrigerator during the 8 hour delivery window on July 19th. They were very professional and did a great job installing and leveling it. The refrig cooled down rapidly and started making ice. The unit is not as noisy as I was led to believe from other reviews. It is going to take some time trying to figure out where to put item in this side by side vis a vis the french door model we replaced.

I was very excited about this fridge until it came home. From the installation I noticed one door not magnetized right, it was stained from the inside and then began lo leak water from the freezer and built a layer of ice in the bottom. Totally disappointed with this fridge.

Very unsatisfied with the geek squad and contractor that was supposed to install my equipment. The job is never finish. Call customer service about 10 times but still didn’t get the job done. Have to go out of my way to pay somebody else to install my equipments!!

the ice maker and water in door broke twice already

No....no. .... just no...... Skip this one. It hasn’t been a year and things are already falling apart. It’s badly made. You’ve been warned.

It broke after two weeks it is not cooling and now I have to wait 1 week for it to be fixed
