Our family loves the design of this fridge. Unfortunatly we biught from an outlet who sold us all the door handles and then one didnt fit when we got home so we went to exchange it and they wouldnt ao now we have one door without a handle. Also 2 months after having the fridge the ice maker went out. $1800 on a fridge for these issues. A new handle is over $100 and the ice maker is about $75+. We didnt buy the warrenty becahse of the handle issue and how they treated us.

My son was helping me in store to find a replacment for my old Whirlpool fridge and we settled on this model. Five stars on storage and shelf capabilities and I appreciate the pizza storage in the freezer. The indoor ice storage is a space saver! The ONLY thing that would make it even better is if it made the nugget ice—the Sonic and Chick Fil A type ice. I love my fridge anyway!

Controls were a little difficult to learn at first (they're all on the touch pad over the ice/water dispenser). once we knew how to work it we fell in love with it! Lots of room in the doors and all shelves are very easy to access

Fridge is great. Ice takes time to make, but everything works well. I bought it open box, and it came with 3 door handles (it's supposed to have 2 door handles and a freezer door handle)

Great looking fridge and it works well. We really like all the space and we’ll lit interior. Only odd thing is the water dispenser, if you put your glass against the button to dispense water the the water misses the glass. If you hold the glass and push your hand against the button while holding the glass it works fine. Just need to get use to that. Other than that we love the fridge.

So far this refrigerator meets our needs very well. It fits well in the space and we are able to reach every shelf much more easily than we did with our last one. We are hoping the ice maker will keep up with our needs. So far everything is working great and looking great.

This refrigerator is very silent and spacious - that is the best part! The ice maker design and capacity were ideal. The controls are easy to understand and use. So far, has done an excellent job of both refrigeration and freezing. Temperatures reach the set values. The first 24 hours to cool was unsettling. We noticed that the process was very slow. We recommend not storing any food during this time. I wish this was made clearer. The user's manual mentions this but does not specify why nor does it say if it is going to be this way every time after first use - that is, would we need to wait again for 24 hours if there were a power outage? This is definitely an area for improvement - the primary function must be to cool ASAP - unless Whirlpool can provide good reasoning for their design. Oh, and what's up with that whirlpool logo that is flimsy (ours peeled off a little) and not good-looking?

I purchased as an open box item . The fridge is great . Roomy nice features and nicely made . The only drawback was it was missing parts and took a long time to get them to complete the fridge .

So far the fridge has been great for us. It is spacious and well organized. The only complaint that we have is the combo water/ice dispenser. The water nozzle sticks out from the back of the dispenser area and if you have a narrow bottle/cup and use the bottle to push the button, the water doesn't aim for the narrow opening of the bottle/cup.

Very efficient and lots of space inside. There are lots of freezer compartments that you can organize your food. I love the design and LED lighting too that you can see everything. Overall a good buy and would recommend it.

Great size fridge, good depth and I love th adjustable shelves

I only had refrigerator for a month and so far so good. Really spacious. I do miss not having a butter drawer like my old refrigerator. I, also, noticed a noise like a phone ringing when I close the doors, very weird.

We have had this refrigerator a little over a month. It is spacious and provides many shelf configuration possibilities. The half-shelf allows for taller bottle storage. The interior lighting is excellent. It is much quieter than our 12 year old GE and is perfect for our open floor plan. The ice maker fits our needs and completely fills the container in 24-36 hours. It is a nice touch to have it in the door. The freezer section is very functional and holds a wide array of items with the slide out top drawer a nice feature. The pizza pocket in the front of the freezer drawer is nice. The Best Buy delivery team out of Waukesha did an excellent job with the installation. This is a big appliance and they took their time and made sure nothing was marked or scratched. They had to remove the doors on the refrigerator that was exiting and also on the new refrigerator. The professionalism they displayed was outstanding.

I saw some reviews about noise and was a little unsure if I should get it. It makes a few noises that have to be expected when ice drops, but is very quiet otherwise. The space inside is amazing. I can prepare refrigerated food ahead of time now when we're having fmily dinners. The 3rd drawer is awesome between veggies and meat is wonderful. Keeps it uncluttered. Only problem we had was that the delivery schedule got really messed up. We bought 4bappliances at the same time for the discount. Delivery got mixed up and we had to do our own installation. Have been waiting on other items for a month. However that has nothing to do with the quality of the product.

It works well and I have not had a problem with the water dispenser getting water and ice everywhere but in the glass. One thing to note about the ice on the door, we had a two day power outage and the ice melted and leaked out on our floor. We were there to clean it up so not a problem but if you left town and this happened it could damage your wood floor. Our prior fridge had an ice maker in the freezer and the ice was in a tray so we never had to worry if the ice melted as the water stayed in the tray.

I’ve only had this a few days but so far it is great. Very quiet. Ice maker and water work as expected. Storage can be arranged to suit my needs, freezer space is nice. I like that I can open either right or left door - some make you open the left door first no matter which side you want to access. The little door covering the air filter stuck in the up position when I opened it to insert the filter. Trying to figure out how to close it without breaking the plastic door. The floor model didn’t stick like this so I guess at some point I’ll have to push harder and take a chance of cracking it. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Very handy fridge and freezer, the French doors are easy to open. The led lighting is amazing and the fast ice feature is handy for periods of heavy ice use. The pull out drawers and platform are very handy for reaching items in the back. There is one tray that partially collapses in order easily store tall products. The ice maker makes a good amount of ice and the door storage is pretty good! My only complaint is minor, the switch on the outside of the door that you press your cup against is weird, you have to press harder than most and after you press it there is a noticeable pause before the ice starts falling. The hesitation is odd and makes you question if you are pressing the sensor hard enough. Overall a small complaint on an excellent fridge!! Check out the Best Buy outlet. We bought ours for $1899 because it had a dent on the side.

Love the new refrigerator design. The gallon shelves are a nice touch. Freezer has lots of room with a pizza shelf and love that it’s not wire baskets and all solid design.

I researched for months for a refrigerator. Like, it was never ending… went through hundreds of reviews and finally decided on this one. Basically every fridge on the market has issues with the ice and water dispenser. There’s really no way to get around that I guess in 2021. You would think with technology they would get that together. However my husband said if that ended up being an issue later that he would just fix it. So far we’ve had no issues with anything. Our refrigerator is super quiet. Our ice dispenser is quiet as well. Bins and Everything came so we had no issues with missing pieces. Taking all the tape off was the hard part to be honest. So overall I’m very impressed with this fridge

Refrigerator works great, huge improvement over previous one. Sale and delivery went very good. Installers did a great job hooking ip to fridge and explaining a few features; like installing the water filter.
