We purchased an open box Whirlpool refrigerator. We love it. Two items that I wish could be addressed: 1) The size of the ice holder and the size of ice cubes. 2) The water pressure in the indoor water dispenser is dependent of my house's water pressure. My former refrigerator, an older Whirlpool, and my in-law's, have a better and faster "jet" like delivery.

This isn't the one I went there to buy, but it was on clearance and in great shape. It has a roomy freezer portion, which is why I bought it, but doesn't have any more room than my side-by-side for the refrigerated portion. The shelves and door shelves are adjustable and the drawers are each climate controlled for variety of foods. Overall, it is a nice product.

This is our first side by side with a bottom freezer and the space and adjustable shelving is perfect. The handle has come loose since installation 4 weeks ago, but should be a simple fix.

Overall the refrigerator was a good purchase and is high quality. My only complaint would be that it can be quite loud at times. We can hear it running while in the living room if we do not have the television on. Other than that, it works great and has plenty of space. The filter for the water gives some of the best tasting water I have ever had.

My husband and I were looking for a fridge. We wanted affordability but didn’t want to sacrifice for the upscale features we wanted. This fridge is perfect. The guys carried it in, white glove service, everything has been perfect and it’s been almost a year. I would recommend!

Purchased after reviewing all other reviews. This refrigerator meets our needs. Decent price point for available features. The refrigerator has ample space and the design allows for easy access to all items. The ice bin is small so if having a lot of ice is important to you you might want to look at a different model.

Love this fridge, has an abundant amount of room for everything, and the lighting inside is awesome! Ice maker is quiet and produces plenty of ice for us!

A family of five and we all love the new fridge. Well designed and obviously easy to use. Easy to clean and we all love the freezer on the lower part.

When we were in process of buying our new home, we noted that the appliances already there were Whirlpool, so we wanted to continue with Whirlpool and went to our local Best Buy to see what they have to offer. When we saw this one, we really like the capacity of the refrigerator section more than the freezer section and that it's above the freezer (like most out there, we have had the freezer on top ones) and that the shelves are modular. We also liked that the stainless steel look matches what we have at our new home.

After a lot of research trying to find a french door fridge like we want it, we decided for this one. All our other appliances in the kitchen are Whirpool and we want to keep it like that. So far we like it, theres a lot of space,I like the ice bin on the door.

Very pleased with this model. Upgraded from side-by-side. This one has plenty of room in all areas. Lighting is very nice.

Well lets start by saying i purchased this item when it as an open box and had an additional 20% off so i ended up paying little over $800.00 dollars. This item looked well made and very nice on the inside. The pull out trays seem a bit flimsy but we dont have kids so im hoping to be okay. The inside is nice considering the maytag we were interested in which was very simple. Storage space seems spacious, ice maker on door saves space, and the bottom freezer is reasonable as well.

We love that this fridge is magnetic. Love the in door smaller ice maker although it is kind of slow at making ice and the ice does shoot out. Water dispenser is very LOUD. Overall Good for the price good options and a good buy had for 1 month now.

Efficient design, ample space, shelves that can be rearranged. The top left side shelf pushes back to allow tall items, but moves so readily that it retreats with very slight pressure resulting in contents falling down. Otherwise, great.

We LOVE this refrigerator! So roomy and spacious. It lights up nice and bright so you can see everything.

This is a nice unit with a lot of features and space. That being said this is the 2nd time in 1 and 1/2 years that it has had to be worked out and the technician has already said that it will happen again that he sees this all the time with French door models. the bad part is that it is doing the same thing the last one did that I changed brands thinking that it would be better and it is actually worse. The drain line freezes and it pours water into the fridge and then it freezes. so now I have ice and water in the drawers and in the bottom of the fridge. This model is a little worse with the fact that the ice bin is in the door it does not stay cold so the ice melts and the fridge does not stay cool so now my food is spoiled.

It's a very nice refrigerator it has a lot of space and its big. The only thing I don't like is when the ice comes out it falls a lot like it doesn't go straight into your cup. Other than that it's great

For the first two years when we needed repairs Geed Squad was "unfortunately all booked up." Every. Time. We know the whirlpool repairman so well that he brings our dog treats and came to our fourth of July Party last year. After four ice makers, two mother boards, two freezer seals and basically an all new inside, the fridge is back to not working again. Currently I'm on hold with this Geek Squad group of clowns. One of them had the great idea to answer their headset and go on lunch break. I can hear everyone in the office talking about games, the NFL draft, kids, office drama...but I'm still sitting here waiting to schedule another service which I'm sure they will deny. Normally we like whirlpool and best buy but I have to say this process has been more frustrating that trying to get a new drivers license at the DMV. After a half hour I can still hear the geek squad phone reps at their desk but no one has picked up the phone. I guess this is the service you get with the extended warranty. Stay on hold until the warranty expires.

Very happy with this great fridge. All the options are exactly what we where looking for. A few extras that we didn't have come in very handy.
