We love our new frig. I cannot believe how bright it is and how much space it has. We changed from a side-by-side and I cannot believe how much frig space we have. We were able to fit a whole watermelon in it and still have lots more room. We never would have been able to do that with the old one.

I like the flexibility of the pull out drawers in both parts of the refrigerator. It's easy to clean. The ice sometimes get stuck.

However I wish I had noticed some of the features lacked functionality before purchasing. Non of the issues are deal breakers but all could be better.. For instance one of the the drawers in fridge is full length which means both doors need to be wide open to access.. Also compared to my last fridge this one lacks in gallon storage in the doors.. Ice bin is also much smaller in comparison to the Gallery line Frigidare.

Love the space in the refrigerator, only downside is the ice maker is slow and if you don't put cup all the way up to dispenser it spits ice all over

WE had great service picking out our product from David Sullivan. We were in an emergency situation when our condo frig died. Unfortunately when he passed the sale to delivery that's when the problems started. Damaged merchandise, unable to complete installation although it was possible, Reset delivery with undamaged merchandise. It took from a Sunday purchase to a final Friday completion. We lost food and were very inconvenienced since we had company at the time and we lost time to spend with them waiting on deliveries. If David had not stayed on top of things I don't know when we would have received. Ironically 4 weeks after all this happened we received a call that they were ready to delivery our refrigerator. I mean really???? Plus because I hadn't used my BB card in the previous year it had been canceled by the company. I had this card for years and had bought many appliances , computers, music. This is no way to treat a long term customer!!!! And no I did not reapply. Only reason I would recommend is we do like the product and David's help. The rest was very disappointing !

I bought the fridge the day it went on sale. It has plenty of storage for a couple might not be big enough for a large family.

Did a lot of research and comparison before deciding on this fridge. Whirlpool is a great brand that is known for a quality product. Love the space and options for both the fridge and freezer compartments. Being able to get cubed or crushed ice as well as filtered water out of the door is a plus.

Good looking and well made. The drawer sliders feel a lot more Sturdy than fridges that I've had in the past. Like the freezer too

This is one of the best appliances in our kitchen...Glad we researched the prices and types of refrigerators on the market...This replaced a samsung 3 drawer that was only 2.5 yrs old and was giving us headache after headache....this whirlpool is a dream compared to what we had.

Wonderful refrigerator. Very spacious and easy to store products. Wish ice and water were a bit more simple, but still love it.

Coming from another brand's refrigerator that broke in so many ways, this is a very nice upgrade. It makes ice quickly enough and has sufficient capacity. Water dispensing is just fine. Overall space for food and such is quite nice and my family is enjoying this refrigerator.

We had to replace our refrigerator and ended up researching many models including the manufacturers. We ended up getting this model because the brand has great customer service and I like the design of the refrigerator. So far it has been a great experience with organizing it.

Saw a Maytag which was just like my Whirlpool. Maytag is several years old and no problems with it. I think Whirlpool owns Maytag, copied their design. I really like ice maker in the door. Plenty of room. Does not run often. Water dispenser runs a bit after cup is removed.

No problems with this product yet. It is quiet and does its job so no worries here. Hoping for it to continue to last.

I thought it won't be big enough for all my needs, but it was really spacious, I which the freezer had 3 drawers

Have had it about a month. Pleasantly surprised with the storage space I have. Was worried going from a side by side to this I would have less, but I like the amount of space in the fridge and freezer. The freezer space is also a lot larger than I was expecting.

First one had water leaking inside when you use the water dispenser. Exchanged it and so far so good.

We have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and we really like it. It feels a lot more spacious than my side by side. It works like it should. The ice maker and water dispenser work like they should. Delivery went very well.

Overall the fridge is great. Great storage options like the top sliding rack that allows you to fit taller items when needed. Ice maker works very well and have had no issues with ice getting stuck. One con is that the water dispenser is actually quite small and does not fit larger cups or bottles easily. Additionally when dispensing water or ice it seems to "stick" a bit after you release, causing spillage

Plenty of room on the inside. Only thing I wish was better was the ice and water dispenser
