We’ve had this refrigerator for almost 2 years now. The ice maker broke a couple of weeks ago. The warranty is only good for a year. I’m having trouble finding the part we need. Found one and it’s almost $100. I’m pretty disappointed

I feel very comfortable with my New Refrigerator, it works very well and is spacious. I thank Best Buy for offering a good product.

I love my new refrigerator. The only thing that I noticed it is a bit loud. I have only owned this for a month. I will review it again after a year.

My family had a refrigerator fail on us. After a quick research I discovered Best Buy had the very best price and warranty. No business offered this deal. The repair crew told me to buy only Whirlpool or Maytag refrigerators. We love our new Whirlpool! Thank you Best Buy. Also, I financed it with a 2 year no interest plan that is only 75.00 a month!

Loving this refrigerator so far. Had to trim a bit off of the cabinets above it to get it to fit but I knew that before I purchased it. Just had them drop it off & take the old fridge away so I could do the install myself. Very easy water hook-up and the ice maker is working great! Glad I got the in door ice maker so we don't lose the shelf space in the top of the freezer. The ice it makes even seems to last longer that my old fridge in our drinks. This is definitely a 5-star purchase for e so far.

This is a great refrigerator for the price. It has plenty of space and fits perfectly in my cabinetry. The control panel is easy to use and understand. It is much quieter than my old Maytag refrigerator.

Has a lot of room compared to other, the ice maker in the door is the reason, only cons i s the ice maker is very loud

So far it seems like the perfect refrigerator for my needs. The feature that measures water being dispensed is really nice. I love the no fingerprint finish on it too!

Love this fridge! The space is fabulous! The only thing is that the ice and water dispensers on the front are hard to push in and if I have smaller glass it’s hard to push at all!!

The installation was fast and workers were very helpful. Ice maker began making it ice, there after. Water good. Removal of old fridge taken away.

Love this refrigerator. Keeps everything at the right temperature and the outside finish is very nice. I don’t have to worry about fingerprints. The freezer is big enough to hold whatever you’re storing.

Seems like a great fridge so far. Makes plenty of ice and cold water. Keeps food cold and frozen items frozen. The advanced instructions and tech sheet are taped inside the the cover under the doors.

Very spacious and affordable refrigerator. It was a good . You can hear the motor humming sometimes but it’s not too loud as others have said.

Really enjoy this refrigerator. It is so spacious with the best featurws for getting water and ice.

I just bought it not even a month & in the freezer the side holder/ side shelve just fell & has a cracked/ chipped, now it won’t even hold when you put it. Very disappointed. Can you please change the side holder ?

Works well. You need to be sure not to block the filters or it might freeze some of your groceries.

Great refrigerator. Fits perfectly in confined space. Tons of room! Looks very modern. Had been hesitant with the stainless but works perfectly with my blue cabinets. Very pleased

Has a lot of storage for freezer and fridge area. Keeps things organized. You are able to change layout of the shelves. Controls are simple and easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase.

Suffers from a painfully low-volume ice-maker. The ice tray in this unit will produce 10 small cubes per cycle. The frequency of "a cycle" is the issue, as it is SLOW. I have included a photo below of the ice production over an uninterrupted 11 hour period. Maybe 30 to 40 ice cubes. This does not support a family of 3, in daily usage. Upon contacting Whirlpool, a service representative was sent out. Their solution was to replace the ice maker. The result was zero change in performance. Today marked out second visit from the service rep. They had no resolution, and thus got on the phone with Whirlpool for possible solutions. Per the Whirlpool rep, "it is a small ice-maker, good for about 100 to 120 cubes per day". I have included the documentation from the service representative, essentially saying that slow ice production is "normal" for this model. If you are a single person household, this may be adequate for your needs. Otherwise, my recommendation is that you avoid this unit.
