This refrigerator is larger than we were originally looking for but Best Buy had it in stock and could deliver the machine in 5 days. It has been great thus far. We lost all of our power for 6 days after 8/4. Up and running again since. Thanks to Best Buy.

Delivered quickly and installers were great. So far, refrigerator is working great. It fits our needs. The ice maker does make some noise when it operates, but otherwise no issues..

Replace my fridge after 10yrs and was referred to this one by a friend. I like the simple controls and I like how roomy it feels. Has all the easy shelf adjustment and also like the bright light inside. Very quiet and smooth operation as well. Very happy so far.

Overall great refrigerator freezer combo. I love how the ice is in the door. It gives more room in the freezer. The only thing I wish was different is the shelves aren’t adjustable, so I have to lay some things down instead of standing up.

This has more space than my last refridgerator. Love it. Ice maker noisier tho. Installation was a bit of a problem, with wiring from door doesn't seem very sturdy, but we'll see.

Second Whirlpool refrigerator. Beautiful in Ice SS. When the owners manuals list about 8 noises and say that it is normal something is wrong. The biggest complaint is the ice and water dispenser are very noisy. The ice maker does not make a lot of ice. Has a "fast ice" button but so far seems useless. Only two of us, and we run out by the end of day.

My only negative comments are: (1) the right side door doesn’t stay open all the way when accessing the fridge, and (2) as noted in other reviews, it is louder than I would prefer.

I have not kept this fridge, just because I ended up needing a counter-depth one. It's a good, cold fridge. Not terribly loud. Nice and big. I didn't connect the ice & water so I can't comment on that. The front is magnetic. My only complaint is that there aren't adjustable shelves on the fridge side...why any manufacturer is still making fridges without adjustable shelves is beyond me. You can adjust where the door bins go, and the freezer shelves are adjustable.

Love this refrigerator!! The water/ice machine works perfectly. The freezer has a lot of room, as does the refrigerator. The drawers roll out and in easily. The door shelves are nicely wide and deep and we place them where we want them. The only downfall we've found with it is the placement of the shelves, they can be very narrow but we're getting used to it.

Great looking and functioning refrigerator. The stainless steel look is great and it is practically smudge proof on the front. All sides are magnetic so you are able to still use magnets as needed for things. The digital display works great. No need to spend twice the money on any other refrigerator. I have always had good luck with Whirlpool and I hope and believe this will be no different!

Basically I like this refrigerator except for the water and ice. The water is barely cool when it first comes out and then becomes lukewarm. There is no way to get the water colder and it dispenses very slowly. The ice is very loud when it makes and drops into the container.

Great unit, like all the storage space on both sides. Had to raise the factory setting of the fridge from 37 to 39 deg. had some things too cold.

This is a good unit! It works well and efficiently, but I'm experiencing some issues; (1) there are particles of impurities floating around in my cup of ice water that come from my ice cubes that are made with my fridge, (2) the water filling up my ice machine is pretty noisy, and (3) the touch-sensitive feature of the interactive buttons malfunctions all the time and stops responding to touch after sporadic times of touching it! I'm pretty pleased with this purchase, but it could have been made better!

This is a great refrigerator! I had a little bit of an older model one in black in my previous house and the black didn't match the rest of the kitchen in my new house. This is a great replacement/upgrade! The fingerprint resistant finish really works as long as you don't have any sticky fingers (like my daughter). I'd read some criticisms of the newer models that use just one dispenser for both ice and water saying that it'll sometimes drip, and it would go onto the floor instead of the drip tray. I can say that this model does not have that problem at all!

Our old refrigerator gave us the ghost last year and we needed a new one that fit very specific guidelines and this was the perfect one! It fits perfectly into the place we needed and holds all of our groceries (and more!). We had best buy deliver and install and the process was great (except for refusing to take away the old one, but they helped us get it to the side of the road and a neighbor came and took it.) It's easy to clean, and the filter for the water and ice is easy and quick to change and is pretty quiet while making ice. Over all 10/10

I cannot say enough about the added convenience of the extra cubic feet. The shelves and compartments are very well designed. The ice maker is the most productive that I have ever seen. I am happy with this refrigerator and have zero buyer's remorse 6 weeks later.

We purchased this fridge as an upgrade to our old Whirlpool fridge that started to give us issues with the ice maker. Definitely worth getting as it has more room on both the freezer side and fridge side. Love having the ice maker on the door for more space in the freezer!

After much trouble with our French door refrigerator, we decided to go back to the side by side. I miss the refrigerator space but am hoping this lasts more than 6 years. The ice maker in the door leaves a lot more space in the freezer. Am really liking it so far.

Refrigerator is nice and big. A lot of storage room in this model. Has glass shelves in both Refrigerator and Freezer section, which is nice over the wire shelves you see n most freezers. Refrigerator cooled quickly after install, coming down to 37 within 3 hours. Overall happy with the purchase. This was a replacement, as the first one we received had issue with the water pump. Ensure you check that before they leave.

Only had it Two weeks, but seems to be a great purchase. It is not fingerprint resistant, so I would imaging with small children it would need to be continuously wiped down. Very roomy and cold, both refrigerator and freezer with factory presets. The wires going to the freezer door that have been a problem breaking in earlier models seem to not be a problem, at this point anyway. Installers Michael & Jordon did a fantastic job with delivery and installation, I didn’t need the waterline kit, I was able to use the line from the “old” refrigerator.
