We have been using this Refrigerator since Feb 11th when it was installed. The crew that installed it was outstanding with communication and they even gave us a quick overview of it once it was installed. We love it! It’s a large refrigerator and I love the ice maker and the fact that u can open the bucket from the inside to also get ice. Great but.

Perfect! Its massive and the storage space is unbeatable. Beautiful design inside and out. My wife is thrilled.

Love this refrigerator! The shelves are deep and very roomy. Makes a lot of ice: crushed or small cubes. Temperature can be regulated from the door panel. Water dispenser tells you in ounces how much water is being dispensed. I am very pleased with this product as well as the service that was provided from the store in which it was bought.

Nice refrigerator/freezer- But, the shelving placement in the refrigerator is not practical. Some of the shelves only have a 3-4 inch space that very few items could even fit in. The shelve height is not adjustable and only if a shelf is removed, will allow more space for larger size items.

Good out.of the box, let's.hope it's longer lasting than the LG we had that had 2 failed compressors in 6 year! First impressions are good, everyone loves the metered water feature and it's well made with lots.of space for everything.

This is a very big refrigerator the only reasons I’m giving it 4 star is because it is a noisy refrigerator the ice dispenser is loud it will wake up other at night and the motor is loud.

First unit arrived and had issues from the factory - foam extruded from both doors on the bottom and the top of the Refrig side that was very noticeable. The light switch in the freezer was not sitting flush with the freezer interior off at least 10 degrees, push it in and something was keeping it from staying. After debate we decided to call BB back and request another unit. They were great and immediately set up a new unit to be delivered. Second unit arrived and although not as bad had some minor issues...door handles on both the first and the second unit are not equally level, there are small plastic trim pieces in the end caps top and bottom and there were not designed correctly. Most would not notice it however from our kitchen table it's very apparent, freezer light switch is almost flush however there is a quality control issue on the line that built this model ... we thought we could live with it as we were living out of five coolers with ice in between the swaps and cool down times...At least that is what we thought.. Second unit under heavy load is VERY noisy. After any defrost cycle or after meal preparation when the doors are open numerous times. First unit was not this noisy no matter the load on it just a mess to look at. Just called for a service check due to the noise and was informed at the END of the call by Whirlpool that we will be charged $98 if the issue is not a true warranty issue and it "user failure". What? I just spent $1500 on YOUR machine and you want to charge me for a noisy compressor?!?!. Had a Kitchenaid for 15 years and a Whirlpool Gold before that and they were NEVER this noisy / high pitched with those variable speed compressors. This unit under heavy load sounds like a chest freezer running without a cooling fan. Totally unacceptable for this brand and the cost of this Frig. We were also sent a sound file to listen to of the normal operation so you KNOW they are getting more than a few calls about the high pitched noise that we are experiencing that they had to record it. WOW Whirlpool - when you read this review please don't bother asking me to reach out Whirlpool Customer Service, you read the disclaimer at the end of the call we just made, it's apparent that this is how you build them now and I wish I would have weighed more on the review about the noise. The mix door also has a very nice noise that was never heard in the previous generations. Sounds like a video game award before the next level.... We will be cancelling our service call and living with the noise as we are not spending $98 to be told it's normal. More over the Whirlpool rep stated that we could call the selling dealer and that they usually come out within the first 30 days on issues like this. Explained to them that we were advised by BB that they are NOT allowed to touch Whirlpool / Maytag / Kitchenaid until the 1 year warranty is up per Whirlpool Nice ring around the rosey... This unit has completely changed our opinions of the Whirlpool/Matag/Kitchenaid Brands. A former Whirlpool Fan

Great purchase. Loads of freezer space, with in door ice maker. Very quiet. I couldn’t be happier.

Purchase, delivery and installation went smoothly. Enjoying the refrigerator so far and appreciating the spacious side by side. The one negative is it gets loud at times.

I have owned this about one month and really like it so far. The only negative thing is that when it dunking ice and refilling the tray with water it is loud…but that is the only fault I have with it and now that I am use to the noise it no longer bothers me.

Fridge is great, we love the space we got for the price. I love the measured fill feature, and the freezer gets plenty cold enough for our ice cream freezer bowl. The only problem so far is that the door open alert will randomly go off around once or twice a day, at which point you have to go open and shut one of the doors to reset it. Hopefully his will be covered under warranty. I haven't had a chance to look into that yet.

Very spacious. Clean looking and functional design. Plenty of ice for family of four. Love the smaller ice cubes. Lots of freezer space. Very happy with product.

The Whirpool side by side refrigerator is 28.4 cu feet. It has ample room in both the refrigerator and freezer. It has a nice stainless steel exterior. Both the refrigerator and freezer keep the food fresh and frozen. The ice maker took more than a day to fill up but now the ice is full and we haven't run out of ice.

This was an exchange because my original purchase of a Samsung gave me nothing but problems. The Whirlpool offed all the features I was looking for and is working fine. A little noisy at times but that seems to be the norm now- a- days. I did have to have them come out again after the installation to correct a door handle issue. One handle was not installed properly.

This refrigerator has a large capacity which is nice. It is a little noisy when running sometimes but not to the point that it's too loud. The ice bin is in the freezer door which leaves a lot of room for storing items in the freezer. It is a nice looking unit.

Got this refrigerator at a great price at the outlet center. Worked perfectly and fits my new kitchen space like a glove. The refrigerator met all of my expectations, and the BestBuy install and delivery team was perfection. This is why I continue to be a TotalTech customer for life.

Plenty of room, bright lights and stays very cold. Ice dispenser is loud and have to press very hard to get the ice.

We love this refrigerator. Its not a fingerprint magnet, it has plenty of storage, and has plenty of features

Good fridge, we had it for a week. Geek squad installed it in minutes. At night when ice and water fills up it gets louder, more louder than our 12 year old whirlpool. We like the deep storage. Overall its good fridge, but why is the black one $400 more, there is 0 difference in way it operates, but paying $400 does not justify the premium. All colors should be same price.

It's always fun for me to get new appliances. This refrigerator is not a disappointment. I prefer Whirlpool appliances, so I chose this one after researching. Our old one with many of the same features, but not digital, lasted 17 years. It would have gone a little longer, but I know newer ones are more efficient for the environment. I love this one. It's spacious and looks sleek. My friend who has a more expensive one has had nothing but trouble with hers. She is going to give it to her niece and buy one of these. I wasn't a fan of Stainless, but really love this one.
