I am very pleased with my purchase of this fridge. The layout of it is extremely comfortable and efficient to use since you can clearly see everything that’s inside. All of our fridge items are very easy to reach thanks to the design and we especially love all the side shelf space. Overall helps us stay organized and clean. No finicky parts, super easy to clean.

Im am missing parts and called to get them sent but nothing has been done. Very unhappy with this purchase. Also the technician damaged the plastic on the refrigerator whike installing the doors

1 month review. No complaints. LOVE the non marking stainless, the amount of interior lighting is fantastic, sound when running is far less than my previous Samsung refrigerator, interior space is incredible didn't realize how much of a difference it would be going from 25 cu ft to 28.7 cu ft. 100% recommend

Ice Water Dispenser too low does not fit a water container. Have to lean way over to put water in a glass, very loud dispenser and motor is loud filling up the water. Lighting great size wonderful. Love the 3 Drawers in the refrigerator but no dial to adjust moisture. Do not like the fact that you cannot adjust shelves in refrigerator. HiSense double door was melting our ice warm and freezing blowing out foggy cold air, This is our 5th refrigerator Samsung declared unfixable would melt ice cubes and freezing up our food in drawers of fridge and freezer. Next from Best buy was the GE Double door, bad lighting in Freezer, made a loud noise like a tractor trailer truck Idling, Was sent back in the 2 week trial period. Next LG double door same thing all of these refrigerators blow cold freezing air into fridge and freezer ruins food, everything is wet soggy in vegetable drawers, another that ruined our food was freezing and them warming up, that was sent back before 2 week trial. This Whirlpool has the same issues freezing in refrigerator and makes everything wet in fridge because of the blowing out of fogging cold air off and on even eggs in draw and peppers in other drawer very cold and have to wrap paper towels in jar so would not turn bad right away. This one is also freezing our food way too cold in freezer frost all over everything we put in we are totally disgusted with all of these they need to find another way to cool. None of these are any good.

So far, very pleased with the appliance. Fit and finish could definitely be better, but overall, it looks high-quality. It works very well, cooling is great everywhere inside and the best feature for me is the great internal space, it is enormous inside. All LED lightning is also nice. Another great feature is the ice maker, it works very quickly and it's super easy to remove the ice bucket or to get ice from inside, the ice and water dispensers work very well and you can fit large water bottles in the dispenser due to its large size.

I love this fridge very roomy nice looking sturdy it does make a little noise but only when it makes ice

This is a very nice fridge with a lot of space runs quiet we liked it so much we bought another for one of our kids BUT make sure you buy the warranty ice maker on ours went out right after one year warranty and apparently this is an issue because the ice maker wires are at the bottom of the freezer door and are constantly moved when door open and closes many people have had this same problem

Love it! It is roomy with lots of drawers and shelves. The door shelves are designed to hold small to large items. The lighting makes the entire freezer and refrigerator light up making it easy to find what you are looking for. The control panel is straight forward making the ice machine, temperatures, etc. easy to adjust. We are very please!

It was a floor model that was missing the door handles. The refrigerator itself was large had to take the sliding doors off to get it into the house. But it working perfectly.

Perfect for our needs. Clean and spacious. Only negative I would reluctantly mention is that the ice dispenser is a little loud as compared to our last one which was a LG. No big deal really since this one actually dispenses ice unlike the LG

We purchased this refrigerator to replace a Samsung refrigerator that died on us after 12 years. This fridge wins out on sheer storage space alone! It cooled quickly, and the icemaker works like a charm. My previous fridge’s icemaker died after five years, so I hope this one lasts us a good while longer. I really like the lights being in the front of the refrigerator so they cannot get covered up by food. It only has one crisper drawer in the freezer, so we bought another box from the container store to put on the second to bottom shelf of the freezer for meats. I highly recommend this fridge!

Love this fridge! It’s super spacious and easy to keep organized. The icemaker is in the door, so it doesn’t take up freezer space, which I really like. The adjustable gallon bins in the door are also awesome—perfect for milk, juice, or anything big. Really happy with this purchase!

Everything working as it should. Has lots of room. Went from a counter depth to this. However, this one is deeper but not excessively. Working great for us!

Great upgrade from my prior Whirlpool fridge! The outgoing fridge fit the same space with just 25 cu ft of space and the 28.7 feels much larger - especially with the ice maker in the freezer door. I was hesitant to go with this model since the depth measured 3" longer, but the change was not noticeable. I would give 5 stars but it doesn't have a butter shelf and you need to pull the ice bucket out to turn the ice maker off.

After a bunch of nonsense involving delivery and finally receiving the fridge 3 weeks later, there's been an issue with the ice dispenser actually dispensing ice. They sent a guy out and he fixed the 1st issue, now we have another. Recommend purchasing the Best Buy protection plan.
