This fridge definitely exceeded our expectations! Our previous fridge had the capability of, not only measuring water but heating it too. This one does not give you the option to heat water but the precise fill is so great! The fridge and freezer are both roomy and give you lots of space. We've had it about a month and are very happy with our purchase!

Product great..many excellent features including inside freezer ice dispenser...lots of room in freezer and refrigerator compartments...holds temperature well...love it so far...but sadly waiting for a replacement because it was delivered with a noticeable dent in the door. too bad

The unit works well, although it takes time getting use to the ice maker noises. I thought the water from the dispenser would be cold, but its not. The lever to dispense ice is a bit hard to press, but manageable. I like the light features on the dispenser. I was surprised to find that the door panel color did not match the side panels. Our unit is exposed on one side, so you see the contrast between the black stainless steel and the sides are a different material. The installers removed the 36" front door to bring it inside. They didn't want to risk scraping the sides as the true width of the door is about 35" if the door is not removed. Be careful of your measurements and take into account to measure from the actual door to frame width and not the framed width only.

Able to fit all our food, super easy to use, easy access for kids, love the locks on the water.

Great refrigerator and great buying experience, the sales associate who helped me was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The refrigerator is wonderful, spacious, and quiet.

The fit and finish appear good. It is quiet and cools as it should. Interior is well lighted. The only drawback is that the lexan shelves are flimsy. In fact, one door shelf cracked already after one week's of operation.

We've owned this refrigerator since Nov. 2021. Worked fine until about 9 months ago. The icemaker stopped working. I tried several things that didn't work and finally just ordered another refrigerator. I had to remove the doors to get the unit out of the kitchen and when I did, I found the wires completely cut in the hinge area. I will try to fix the wires and use this unit in the basement area of our home. Too bad we liked the space this unit offered but bad design for the wiring.

The refrigerator has plenty of room for all the food I want to put in it. The freezer is very roomy. The inside light is and it’s easy to see everything. The outside color is very nice. I plan to keep it a long time.

Refrigerator is very sturdy and keeps the food in the compartments fresh. Milk, juices and water is kept cold. The freezer holds food and keeps it frozen . The space is available for storage of our frozen foods.

Only thing is the ice dispenser is loud and the water can measure how much is being dispensed but it’s not accurate when measured with a measuring cup.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY!! We also loved this fridge due to its larger size and great features. However, due to a manufacturing defect, the wires in the base of the freezer door will fray or break over time (about 2-3 years). We learned about this defect after our ice maker stopped working and the Whirlpool repair guy said it's only a matter of time before everything else stops working. There is currently a pending class action lawsuit against Whirlpool that we joined with hundreds of customers whose fridge broke down after the 1-year warranty period but within 3 years of purchase. Replacing the freezer door and ice maker cost about $1,000, almost the same as a new refrigerator. Whirlpool knows about the defect but just offers 20% off a new refrigerator and will not help. After comparing many models and brands I am glad that I chose this partcular Whirlpool model. It has ample Gallon storage on door , shelves and drawer storage. It also has plenty of strage in freezer and love the door contained ice maker. It is super cold in refrigerator , had to raise temp to keep from freezing eggs. Wish water would disperse colder. Love the unit and highly recomend it.

Overall so far this seems to be a nice refrigerator, the only complaint so far is the noisy and messy ice/water dispenser, the ice fly's all over unless you hold your cup up to the top and or you have a dog to chase the ice around! The water also the same as it splashes so hold the cup up to the very top!

Very good, large fridge. I like the fact that the ice maker/water can dispense while the refrigerator door is open. Replaced a 5-year old Samsung that had an icemaker that was replaced 3 times. Get a Whirlpool.

We love this fridge! It is big! Fits lots of food fresh or frozen. Easy to organize! Easy to clean! Water filter is $40 to $50. Loved the crushed ice and the measured servings! We wanted it white so it took a awhile to get it but it was worth the wait!

This unit is just what we needed. It's big and roomy for all the items we need to refrigerate. Hopefully it wil stay with us for many years. It also looks good in our kitchen.

have had unit for 1 1/2 years and it is superb. Very quiet except when dumps of completed ice cubes. Was missing most light bulbs so had to call Whirlpool to get them sent to me. Just works and looks good. Also, spacious interior. The control panel could use a raised or embossed texture on the buttons.

We bought this fridge about 2 months ago and we really like it. It has a lot of space In both the fridge and freezer sections. It doesn’t make much noise, just occasional sounds from the ice being made and dropping but no loud humming noises. I would recommend this fridge.

We use the ice maker and water filter daily and love how easy it is to use and operate. Large capacity drawers and even has a ordar filter to keep things fresh and smelling good inside.
