Easy to work and understand. Washes great and quiet

I love the fact that I do not have to set the load capacity - this washer automatically does it for you - AWESOME

The machine working great. Does a great job. And the delivery men went above and beyond to set it all up properly and make sure it was operating top notch before leaving. They even had to move my dryer around and relocate it and made sure both were level and working great. Excellent service!

We are delighted with our new washer. The drum is deep and handles good sized loads. The machine was economical for what we were looking for and the delivery and set up was quick, clean, and friendly. We are very happy with our purchase.

I really like the auto adjust for the water level. That way You do not use too much or too little water

First new washer in 15 years. I love how quiet it is. I still have to check the booklet because there is so many options to wash in. Not use to a hour long wash but overall love my washer.

Nice washer but makes noise when washing that is nice if you have a laundry room to close the doors.

I had a lot of trouble at first with just getting through to Best Buy, I would call and be transferred several times. The washer was leaking....they sent someone out, they tightened hoses....it was still leaking. It took about 5 calls to finally get someone out with new hoses (both the original, dry-rotted ones and the new ones were mandatory purchase with the washer). I was promised a gift card for all the trouble I went through but, so far, nothing. I am going to need a new computer soon...If I purchase at Best Buy will depend on my hearing from you about the gift card. Also, I told EVERY one I spoke with that my husband, George, had passed away and the account should now be in MY name...

I owned a Kenmore which is pretty much a Whirlpool and that had enough, so I started to research washing machines at Best Buy. I came across this one and read reviews online and I also like the idea that I was not losing the agitator. Overall I am completely satisfied with this appliance.

Washer arrived with a huge dent in the back. Was given 10 percent off and told it would not affect washer. It seems we currently have a loud noise consistently during the spin cycle.

The space in which i needed to install a washer was very limited leaving few options. I was pleasantly surprised to find a great deal on this simple but reliable washer. It has all the modes most people might use, its top loading and efficient. What more could you ask for?

I love it! Bigger tub and I can turn it when I am trying to get items out and to the dryer.

This washer it’s super easy to use but take a lot of time to wash, even the Quick Wash that it’s the slowest one, take a whole hour.

I purchased this washer for a rental unit. The cost was reasonable and it does a good job.

i don't like the thing on the middle because it starts spinning even with less water. I feel that it somewhat damages the clothes by doing that spin without enough water

I would definitely recommend this washer it does exactly what I expected it to do. It's a little bigger than my previous washer so I get more washed in one load.
