I love it. Great for small and medium loads. Fits well in my my laundry. Leave my clothes clean and don't have to do second or third rounds like the one I had before.

Within my budget and Good performance. Old look but I don’t care because it is in basement.

I was looking for a very basic washer. The only thing on this washer that I would say is fancy is the auto sensing of the level of water in the washer. I would prefer to pick my own water level. I found that the auto sensing doesn't necessarily work. I washed my sheets and set the washer to auto sensing, and after the sheets were washed, I found that parts of the sheets were still unwashed. It was dry in the center. A little weird. There's a "Deep water wash" setting where the machine fills all the way to the top instead of auto sensing, so that's what I do now when washing bulkier items. All other items washed, I haven't had any problems with. This washer gets the job done. You just need to set the fill level to "Deep water wash" when washing bulky items.

Even on auto sensing the washer fills to the top. Thought maybe our sensor was just bad so I had Geek Squad come out and look at it after talking to whirlpool. Whirlpool told me that it was normal and the only setting that fills it up for a small load is quick wash. So I threw a toddler blanket in and set it to quick wash on auto sensing mode and it still filled up to the top. Looked at reviews AFTER I purchased it and found people had the same issues. Returned it and bought a Samsung with a manual water level. This whirlpool was a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

I bought this to replace my old washing machine that was in my house when I moved in. The old one was also a whirlpool, but was about 15 years old and on its last days. This one was a huge improvement and I love all the features on it and how many settings it has. I have found that it leaves blankets a little too soggy when you use the deep water setting, but this is easily remedied by doing an extra spin cycle after. Overall it's not too loud of a machine. It does take a while to do a load, but I feel like my clothes seem much much cleaner so I don't mind it.

This washer was better than expected. I didn't realize there would be as many great features as there are. We have had this washer for over a month now and have gotten a lot of use out of it. Lots of room and great cleaning.

I bought this washer because our old dryer was thinking it was a microwave. 150 degrees on the outside cold and wet in the middle. So off to Best Buy on 12/24/2017. Instead of buying a new dryer I sprang for a new set which the sales guy joked was not the most extravagant gift to give oneself on Christmas. I choose this one because I am limited on the space for it to sit. I barely made which is good. The washer is not the quietest model out there. The sensing of the load can be a bit annoying but once it finishes you are fine. You get what you pay for I guess. It does not have the biggest drum inside but for 2 people it works fine. If you are short you may find your feet leaving the ground to get everything at the very bottom. Make sure you balance the load before you start it. I have never seen a washer jump before. It was definitely one for the books. Most people say the water sensing level is messed up but I have not noticed that. I try to do full loads so I assume it will always fill up to the max of the drum. I did look in there once and saw that the water level was only mid level. I didn't have a full load so I guess it was working as designed. If by need something to wash your clothes then this one does just that. If you want one with all the bells and whistles then you will need to drop a bit more money.

After using the washer for awhile this turned out to be a great investment. It handles very well. And i love how the washer will automatically sense how. Much you have in the washer to adjust for water level. I also love that i can choose between 2 different rinse cycles. Worth every penny.

The whirlpool washer is amazing. It is simple but also very modern but most important, it is made of great quality and works very efficiently. I would strongly recommend this purchase to all the people looking for a new washer.

Cycles are very long, so many clinks/chimes/clunks between modes make washer noisy. Recommend using the "Quick Wash or Delicate Wash" as often as you can so get other things done in your day other than just laundry. Wish it had more water level options other than only 2, deep wash and sensor fills only. Otherwise, well worth the money........cleans well and just takes time to get adjusted to its functions to shorten your laundry day.

We are empty nesters and did not need the largest or most technologically advanced models. It does have some helpful features that my previous washer did not have.

I got this washer for $350. I’m very satisfied with the purchase, delivery, and set up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for $400ish washer.

After a month I can say it works great! Still trying to get used to all the functions and the noises also the cycle time. Wow! Takes like an hour to wash clothes unlike my 25 year Maytag that just gave up on us. It's the HE thing I get it but if I could go back to the old washer I would ...not made that way anymore. Oh well it does clean the clothes good I just can't run it if anyone is sleeping... It's kinda loud on our raised foundation.

I was a little apprehensive when making this purchase because all the reviews said it was too loud blah blah. It’s not loud. My laundry room is in my master bathroom and it’s perfect. It’s not loud, it cleans great, the delivery guys were awesome and only needed about 20 minutes, and I’m overall very pleased! Glad I bought this machine!!

Kind of loud, but does a great job. I wish you could fill the washer up with water while the lid was open so I could clean the cup for soap.

Like many people, I just needed something to wash clothes that wouldn't cost me a lot of money. The Whirlpool washer was very easy to set up. Note the sound that the washer makes when it's filling up or auto sensing the water level is normal. This threw me off when I set it up, but that's how its designed. I have the washer behind a door about 10 feet from my couch, and I don't hear it on full cycle. Overall, affordable, easy to install, and looks good.

The machine was economical and performs like any other traditional washer. The delivery and set up was quick, clean, and friendly.
