Really like this washing machine. Super value. I just wish the manufacturer would have allowed you to leave the top open while it is filling - makes it much easier to add last minute items before the wash starts.

I got a matching set. I used the same model in a rental and loved it. It's not top of the line but it gets the job done very well. Now senses the size of the load so one less step for me.

All cycles are accurate, very quiet and the drain hose is good!

This washer is good. Cleans the clothes well. It is a little annoying that it does a half spin for about 20 times weighing the load to determine the water level. I would much rather select the water level myself. All of this automatic leveling adds about 20 minutes to the length of the time to completely wash a load. Even small loads take an hour to cycle. I wish we had researched prior to purchasing. It runs loudly too.

Whirlpool washer and dryer are very nice. The problem that I had with your company was when I ordered the Amana washer and dryer. Your delivery man refused to hook up the pair. He said parts were missing. He also refused to take away the old washer and dryer. I had to return to the store and order another washer and dryer. The last delivery man did a great job. He completed the instillation and took away the old washer and dryer. He was very nice and efficient.

This dryer is great. It was affordable and high quality (higher than what I was renting). I am a recent college graduate and moved here for a job. I can't really afford one of the really cool, new technology machines, like I would LIKE to have and this one is a great machine for a great price with great features. It says it is energy efficient, but my electric bill has gone up about $50 since I got it but that could be because of numerous other things as well. I also have learned (the hard way) to leave the lid open when you are not using the machine. It will lock up and I can't figure out how to get it to unlock besides unplugging the machine and letting it sit for a minute. I searched online and others had the same issue and solved it this way. The user guide didn't address this particular issue. But other than that I love it and it is a great machine!

A few years back we bought in to the front loading "save water and energy" hype. It may (or may not have) saved water and energy; but it did a lousy job of cleaning clothes. We had enough and decided to go back to a top loader. After some research and price comparisons, we decided on the Whirlpool. Thus far we have been well satisfied with the cleaning ability of this washer. My wife also wanted a machine she could stop in mid-cycle which this can do. Our only complaint is that the spin cycle doesn't do a thorough job of spinning out the moisture, but we can live with that. This washer has a very good capacity and I believe it is made in the USA.

I had my Kenmore washer for 23 years so it's been hard getting used to this new "High Efficiency" style. It's pretty noisy when it's agitating and also when the water is coming in during the later cycles. It's actually a little worrisome and I may call Best Buy to have someone come out and look at it soon just to make sure things are running right. I would say that for the price this seems to be a good washer. I was worried about having to pay twice what this one cost so I'm happy that I was able to find a good washer at this price. I was also not sure about how you have to load the washer putting detergent in first and then the clothes. I was worried that my clothes would get stained. So far, though, the loads of wash I've done have been done well and it seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. But it is definitely noisier than my old one.

This washer is easy to use, exceeded my expectations and the price was right! One more thing -- it is made in America!

I bought this right before Memorial Day due to my old washer dying and my dirty clothes were piling up. I loved the price but was nervous about an high efficiency washer that wasn't bright and shiny stainless steel. But the previous reviews convinced me to give this a try. I love this washer, it does make different noises and you defently will notice so hopefully this will be in a different room or floor, but it gets everything so clean. Other reviews talk about wrinkling and you will see this but all the wrinkles came out in the dryer (almost all HE units will wrinkle in the same way). This was well worth the price and I didn't feel the need to get a new dryer because it looks like a standard washer instead of a HE washer. You will not regreat buying.

Like the dryer, this machine is operating perfectly so far. It does make a lot of weird sounds as it changes modes, but, it's a washing machine, that's what they do. The noise is not objectionable, and for the amount of time spent washing each week, does not bother us in the least. My wife says the clothes are coming out much dryer then our old Kitchen Aid, requiring less drying time. All in all, like the dryer, this was a good purchase. Also, the excellent delivery and installation provided by Best Buy are the same for this waster as they were for the dryer, as they were both purchased st the same time.

Had a whirlpool front load washer that went bad, so we decided we actually liked the top load washers better, for pre-soaking. We purchased this washer on sale and had it delivered and set up by best buy. I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful the delivery and setup guys were. The washer has been great so far, the only part we are not used to was the different noises that come from the new washer. Overall I would recomend this to anyone looking for a top load washer.

It's easy to use. The drum is not too deep like other washers. I'm 5'-3" and can reach all the laundry at the bottom. Cleans very well. Had a front load and after five years of breaking my back and having to refresh the washer, I'm happy to go back to a top load washing machine.

This washer is great for the price I paid, it is quiet and very efficient. It takes a good load of laundry and quiet. It is simple to use as well.

Love the washer. It is just the right size and if washes quickly and thoroughly. It is a little loud but I just close the laundry room door and I can't hear it.

Good for price, and fast delivery home , a liitle noisy but good

I bought this washer for two reasons: it was a great price; it's relatively simple to use and does not have a bunch of extra features I'll never (learn to) use. It washes well and in good time, it has enough features and options to get anything done, and the capacity is great. If you need a basic washer, this one is a good choice.

This washer has been easy to use with multiple functions so every wash need has been met. Fairly quiet, clothes have come out quite clean even dirty construction clothing. Gentle cylcle has been used a lot and clothes come out looking great.

I like this washer. It is a basic washer, but it gets the job done right. I had researched this washer before buying and saw the criticisms about the loudness of operation of this washer, but it wasn't that bad, and I have it installed in my basement. I don't notice it at all. It cleans my laundry well. I am pleased.

Wife likes the performance but we both thought it was defective. Makes weird noises & Very annoying one at that. I prefer to keep the door to the laundry room closed because of them
