I don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from but, I love my washer. Easy to use and cleans the cloths great. I first read the manual then used the provided washer cleaner. I put the cloths in like it said. And it washed them clean. The washer is quiet and only makes noise when filling up. I forget it is on at times. I totally recommend this and make sure you use the correct detergent and you will be ok.

Installation was simple. Easy to use. Very little instruction necessary. Lots of electronics so am concerned that if anything goes wrong, it will be complicated to repair. However, I guess that's the way it is nowadays. So far, so good.

This washer is great. Very quiet! Does large loads My only complaint is that every time i do a load i have to redo the temp control. (i do alot of my laundry in cold) But other than that is amazing!

Very satisfied with the washer. Price was right and installation was quick. I like the option for short cycles when load is small and time is of essence.

I purchased this washing machine two months ago. My 15 year old washer on its last legs ran better then this machine. Thinking it's my fault I read the directions almost every time I do a load but to no avail. The laundry takes twice as long as the timer says it will. Just took 90 minutes to do a smaller load when the timer said 44 minutes. It's a light weight machine that only runs okay when set on heavy duty. I now realize the only way it will function is to always set it on heavy duty, forget the other settings. When set on normal (for an easy light load) the soap suds never drain and I have to rerun through another entire rinse and drain cycle for 20 more minutes. It becomes unbalanced very easily even when following directions correctly. Probably too late for me to replace with the dealer but I truly regret buying this fragile, delicate, unreliable machine.

This has to be the worst investment I have ever made, the clothes are so wrinkled when done, never thought I would go back to ironing. Paid a lot of money figuring it would be good. It takes forever to do a small wash. The time keeps changing on it. It is so noisy there is no way I can do a load at night. The clothes do not get clean and they leave like a lint all over them, the only way that can come off is to do the 2nd rinse. How can that be economical when you have to use so much water again. We did pay a lot for it, but we are going to sell it and get another type. We will lose a lot of money but I can not put up with this for 10-15 years.

The lid-lock broke after 14 months of home use for a family of 3. The spin stopped spinning becuase of this and it stopped washing and it stopped draining properly because of this. I will never purchase another Whirlpool washer again.

Was delivered 3 weeks ago. Broken already. Called warranty service and it will be 7 days until they can come out.
