I bought this because I have to have water hauled in. I was bringing in 2000 gallons a month. A month later I still have 1500 gallons left. Which also includes showers, dishwasher, all normal every day water use. Plus it really cleans, you just have to, load you load even. Plus this spins things so well most of the time, when washer is done so is dryer.

The only problem I have with this washer so far is the soak feature. I have tried 4 times to soak my sons football pants and everytime I have went back to start them to wash, all of the water was out of the washer. Other than that I LOVE THIS WASHER.

This has been a good washer so far. Had it for a month and works good. I am a little disappointed that there is no fabric softener dispenser because the Downey Ball is horrible. Found my clothes full of softener after load was done. Turning to dryer sheets for now. Not worth ruining my clothes.

Above and beyond my expectations. My clothes are cleaner than ever, and i have still not been able to over load it. If you follow the directions you should not have any problems. I was also very pleased with the whole experience of buying the machine from the salesman to the delivery was very stress free. Also the different noises it makes does not bother me.

Very quiet but takes a bit too long for normal washes. I do not understand why the lid gets locked from start to finish. Does a great wash though.

It is not a particularly a quiet machine and it generates a lot of condensation all over the front panel but it holds lots of clothes and does a good job washing them.

I have had this washer for a few months now and it is fantastic! Clothes are easy to load and don't get beat up since there isn't an traditional agitator in this model. It doesn't use a lot of water and always leaves the clothes well washed and pretty dry at the end of the cycle. I love how quiet it is, whether during the wash or spin cycles, I never notice its running.

Overall good washer for price. Fancy wasn't a requirement for me and this washer satisfies my current needs

It is a very quiet machine, It holds large loads and I can wash my large comforter. The not so great is that if you cover the agitator at the bottom it will not wash correctly. If you fill it right though it washes great and it has plenty of settings to accommodate all our needs.

We love this washing machine. When it goes through its load size sensing, it makes strange noises (not loud) but I understand this is normal for this high efficiency unit. The tub design is awesome which allows you to get more clothes in the tub. The agitator design is revolutionary. Overall, an excellent machine that performs great. Very pleased with this purchase.

The 2nd best part of this purchase was that I saved SUBSTANTIAL money and got a better model. It was too easy to comparison shop online. The BEST part of this purchase was the delivery guys ! On time ! Polite ! Fast !..and they spent extra effort making sure I would be happy.

Great simple to oprate washer at budget price. Energy/Water saving feature works great, uses HE detergent. Unlike most washers, after Energy/Water saving wash the clothes are nice and damp, as opposed to soaked like other washers. This makes the effectiveness of drying in one cycle easier, as well as avoiding water drippage when transferring to dryer.

The washing machine does a great job. There are different sounds to get used to but they are completely normal for this type of washing machine. The clothes smell fresh and clean. The clothes are dryer after the spin cycle and that is going to save money operating the dryer. I have no complaints.

I am happy we bought this washer. It was economical, saves energy, and water. Saves a lot of water. It doesn't let you see how little water it uses, because I think most would freak.

While it doesn't have all the bells & whistles this machine does all I need it it to do, wash my clothes, & does it very well. This is my first HE washer & noticed the difference in my clothes after the first wash. Great machine for the money. Highly recommend!

bought this washer in feb. of 2012, wanted to see an elec. bill before i reviewed it, definetely takes less water and electricity, and gets clothes cleaner than my my other top loader did, super quiet, one button to push and thats it, even has a washer cleaning cycle so the washer can remove any bad odors or smells, this is a great washer for what i paid, glad the sales rep. recommended it to me. still got the ext. warranty just to play it safe, but have to admit way better than my other washer by far.

Washer has a huge wash tub, many settings to choose from, quiet, energy efficient, and easy to use. This washer gives me the features I liked about the front loader but with the convenience of a top loader. Love it. Whirlpool makes a great product. Previous washer lasted 14 years.

WHIRLPOOL is a great brand and BEST BUY offered an excellent price. Bought for my So.Calif home and then went to my No.Calif (SFO area) home and bought one for there too .. all during the same week! Excellent washer. Uses low amount of water and not excessively long cycles to do the job! Large capacity too.

I love my new Whirlpool washer and dryer. The convenience of not having to choose a size for the load is more efficient and uses less water. The dryer dries is much less time then I've ever owned.

i don't know if the machine is off balance,but it shakes quite a bit in the spin cycle.
