nice modern washer with no agitator, has sensors that control water. Rinses very dry so less drying time. The lid locks so it is a set it and forget machine with everything added to the load before you start it.

This was the first washer I have ever purchased. I have owned it for about a month now and have had no problems with it. It washes great, I love that it's a top load with no agitator so it's gentle on my delicate items. I love that it is so large and can easily accommodate two sets of queen size sheets in one load and our son's thick twin size comforter. I usually just use the regular cycle and it seems to wash clothes REALLY fast. I have also used the bulky cycle and the extra spin cycle when I washed our pillows. This summer I anticipate that I will get to test it's ability to get out heavy stains when our son starts football haha.

The washer has large load capacity & cleans well. It's a quiet machine. Overall a good machine. Only complaint is that I have to constantly remind the men in my family to load it correctly. Leaving the center clear. Other wise I'm very happy. :-)

Machine works well. Gets clothes clean. Regular cleaning cycle is @ 45 minutes. I have not had to use the super clean cycle. My only complaint is that it is a little noisy. Good bang for the buck. I have had this unit for 2 months so far so good.

I felt peer pressure to buy a front loader washer. However, my old dryer was still working so I didn't really want to invest $2000 in both a new washer and dryer. When I saw this washing machine, I knew immediately it was for me. It is exactly like my old Whirlpool which lasted over 18 years and 3 children. Yet it contained updated features such as eco boost.

this is my first high efficiency washer and so far I'm impressed. I was amazed how you can wash more clothes with less detergent and water. without an agitator nothing to hit your hand on when taking clothes out of the washer.

I like being able to pause/unlock the washer once the cycle has started, The first few times I used it, I would check to make sure there was enough water on my clothes. This feature also allows you to add pieces once the cycle has started. I'm still testing different wash cycles, but I am please with the ones I have used so far.

My niece has an expensive high energy washer that has too many options. The load sensors will bulk at completing the cycle. This washer never does this. It washes clothes, without any problems as it is suppose to.

This is my first High Efficiency upright washer and I am happy with the results. This machine allows me to rely on my sons to do laundry without having to worry too much about how they put the laundry into the washer. Previously, top load washers would break because they were loaded too heavily on one side too often.

My Mom swears by Whirlpool and did not want a front load washer so this model was as close to her original washer as I could get. The only difference is this one does not have an agitator. I thought my Mom would not be happy but she told me she actually wanted the one without the agitator. She is so happy with the washer.

Once I set up the washer i thought that I hook it up wrong, the clicking sound it makes before starting made me think the water was wrong or that I forgotten to unclamp something but once I went over the instructions again I realize that's how it suppose to go.i had no problems with it doing a great job on our clothes.

my previous washer I purchased in 1989 was really on it's last leg. It was leaking water so it is a good thing that the washer and dryer on are in the garage. I kept putting off buying these appliances, but then I saw the ad for $150 credit for purchasing whirlpool appliances. I decided to go to Best Buys because I purchased my Samsung refrigerator and this was about 5 years ago and Best Buys delivery persons were wonderful. I did not end up getting the $150.00 because that only applied to certain models. I am very happy customer.

I like the features it has and appreciate it not being over done. Too many bells and whistles just mean more cost later. It cleans well and doesn't beat up my clothes. Great price never hurts either.

This is a great machine and a bit smaller than any of the others that I looked at. It washes beautifully and my clothes take half the time to dry. The only problem is that the water discharge location in the back is on the lower left hand corner of the washer and I had a really hard time attatching it to the pipe out. Finally did it--and I love the machine. Uses less water and causes the dryer to use less electricity because more water is extracted. The only problem is shorter people may have a hard time reaching down to the bottom to get all of the clothes, but again, this one is better than any of the others in the store.

This washing machine is overall a good product. It cleans the clothes, and is quiet, and it's an energy saver. It handles heavy loads well, but it does not seem to like spinning sheets. There are a couple of knobs I do not understand, but I still have to read the manual, so that may help.

I bought this product one month ago and used it at least twice a week. So far I'm satisfied with it. I didn't have many expectation and have read all bad reviews on this product. One thing I concerned was too much time in balance cycle. Actually, it isn't bad at all. It took less than 1 minute to balance and then started washing. Meanwhile, I was worried that 3.6 cu ft would be too small to wash queen size comforter. But it worked fine. I didn't see any dry patches as some other reviews mentioned. Yes, the clothes got lots of wrinkles. But once after using dryer, everything is turned out good.

I was upset when my washer broke and I had to purchase a new one. I did not know where to start. I checked several stores, even though Best Buy is only about a mile from my house. I purchased at Best Buy because they had the best price. But I was happily surprised when the sales associate explained everything to me and that the price included delivery and pick up and disposal of my old washer!

Sounds a lot like a dishwasher and makes you wonder if it's supposed to be making certain types of noises, but overall it's a great washer with lots of space and cycle selections for any items needing washed.
