Nice physical appearence with very nice features incorperated into it. Like the quite operation of the unit when you compare it to older model washing machines. Vey satisfied with the unit thus far!

This washer is great because it has a lot of space. It also has an auto setting for water level so you don't have to choose how large your wash is. It even offers a delicate setting for hand washable items. The only complaint I have is it's a little noisy.

Seems to be a good product for the price. Only had it for a few weeks but not too loud and does not take much longer to clean than a standard washer.

I like the washer, and it was a good deal. Has everything my home needs when it comes to washing clothes. I do NOT like how loud it is. The measurement for the water level, or adding water, is I believe the loudest part about this. The spin cycle is by no means quite, but it's less noticeable than the actual adding of water and washing. I'm now looking into adding a door to my laundry room to keep the noise down.

Big washer. Holds a lot of clothes. Easy to use. Plenty of settings and uses MUCH less water than previous machine. However, only seems to get clothes clean when on large cycle which uses more water but still much less than older models.

As soon as we ran it, we called Best Buy repair. I held the phone to the machine and the tech stated, "Oh, you have a Whirlpool top load washer. They all sound like that." Thank goodness our machines are in the garage! It is noisy !!!

Good machine so far (2 months). Sounds are different from other washers but got used to that. Only negative is that you have to "unlock" it before throwing more clothes in. also can't just flip the lid to see if water is soapy.

Wanted a top load that will do a good job. I found that in this washer. good quality, great price, and does the job I need it to do!

I purchased this washer out of necessity. My old one broke. I am pleas entry surprised by the quality given it's low price. It was even delivered quickly (less than 5 days). Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I really like this washer. It is easy to use, but I wish it had a delicate bin to hold the fragile clothes. My old washer had that and I really liked it. Now I have to put the delicates in separate mesh bags.

This is a great washer and on the lesser expensive side for what you get. Energy efficient with water usage, uses less detergent, spins clothes almost completely dry so less dryer time. Therefore less energy use. All around perfect. If I were to change anything I would not want the lid to lock as sometimes I throw an article in that I might have missed originally.

Its a new design for a top loader that doesnt use a large agitator up the center of the wash tub. It there for is more gentele on your cloths. It also senses how much water to use for each load size so its never too little or too much. The last thing we love abought it is it spins really fast and your cloths come out dryer and saves you time and money in the dryer. Cant speak for long term relibilaty as we have only been using it for a few months thus far.

Wanted a front loader, but it would not fit in our laundry room. This was a nice, simple easy to use model for a good price. Works well and is fairly quiet!

This washer cleans clothes very well without an agitator. My only con is it is very loud. If it's on small or large load,I have to shut the laundry room door.

Just be sure to follow the washer directions and everything will be good. You have to use a downy ball for fabric softner. I am very impressed with it over all. It's worth every bit if the price.

I like the big tub so I can wash comforters. I called because of the wrinkles and was told to turn on the fabric softener so the machine will add a little more water. This helps with the wrinkles.

I was concerned about some negative reviews i had seen on the internet. I have been pleasantly surprised by it's performance. I have been using it about a month with absolutely no problems.

THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT WASHER FOR ME AND IT WAS A WHIRLPOOL LIKE MY LAST ONE THAT LASTED FOR SO MANY YEARS BEFORE IT KICK THE BUCKET. ALSO THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND IT IS ENERGY EFFICIENT

Overall a great washing machine, the guys from best buy removed my old one very quick and with in 10 or so minutes had the new one in its place. Its real easy to use and quite fast.

Easy to use, I love not having the water filed all the way to the top especially when I only have a super small load. It senses the loads for you and it comes out pretty darn clean
