I bought this washer for my parents because their 10 year one was giving out. It's simple to use, but still modern. I do like how under the lid it has instructions on what to do if you ever forget. The machine overall works great. Recommend buying the hoses because if you do they will install it and have it working before they leave. I bought it about two months ago and so far everything comes out clean.

It was an open item and we found it on sale (50% off all open items) so the price was great and we figured we'd take our chances. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw all the features and settings it had. There is no traditional agitator which some people don't like and we weren't sure how we liked it at first, but it gives you so much more room! We wash ten towels at a time with no problem.

I have had this washing machine for about a month now and like all the features on the washer. The machine is very easy to use after reading the owner's manual of course.

it's a great washer for the price with lots of features. it clean the clothes cleaner and has less noise than other washer.

Only been using a a month, but it seems to work as advertised; gets clothes clean and uses less water. Makes different noises, but is not any more louder then the last.

absolutely great top loader HE machine. its quiet and does what it needs to do. I didnt feel the need for 30 different settings so this was just fine. I highly recommend it for the money.

cycle time from start to finish is longer then my conventional washer which was also a whirlpol. This I do not like

Gets clothes very clean. Holds a large load. Spin cycle gets the clothes quite dry...spending less clothes dryer time now. I'm a busy working Mom/Pharmacist and this machine is great! For the awesome price....very happy with this clothes washer.

This is my first washing machine and I love it. It is very quiet and can do a lot of clothes in one single wash. I like the energy efficiency of it as well as the water saving feature. I would definitely recommend this washing machine to anyone. I got a great deal on the washer/dryer combo.

Was in need of a new washer. Didn't want to spend a bunch. But, wanted a very nice machine. This machine has lots of features; and is very reasonably priced.

The washer does not clean as well as my old machine. It vibrates too much; the installers said they leveled it as "best" they could. It is super easy to use.

Overall I am very happy with this washer, I really like the fact that there is no middle post although I don't like the fact that they want me to use a downy ball. Its pushing a certain brand and I don't really appreciate that. Other than that, i love that it only uses about a quarter of the water and it does do a very good job of getting the clothes clean

This washer is top of the line with many features and simple to operate. .The staff at Best Buy took very good care of us. I'm happy with this purchase.

Washes ok, hate that the lid locks during the cycle. First time I added bleach to the dispenser, I got stains on my clothes. Cannot use bleach at all now as cannot fill with water without clothes being inside. Clothes come out very twisted, must shake out before putting in the dryer or they are very wrinkled.

Gets the job done. Doesn't have a center post but still gets the clothes clean. Was skeptical at first but for the money it gets the job done.

great machine for its price, easy to operate and efficient smart features. I would recommended this unit for someone looking for a good basic unit.

we were given this upgraded unit by our local BB when the item we intended to purchase was n/a. after an early glitch, it has performed very well.

Very high tech and great without a board for digital controls. Knobs are just that knobs with no worry operation and longevity. One of the main reasons to buy are the manual controls. The machine was fun to get used to with all the different noises. I had to calm the 'oldies' down and convince them that the machine is OK and not self destructing.

I like this washer! It gets the clothes clean and uses very little water. I can wash larger items such as sleeping bags and blankets more easily.
