I like my new washer and dryer it 's easy to operate, washes lots of clothes at one time, I have no complains about my purchase everything I have purchased at best buy has been very good never had to return anything. There are many different setting to use on this washer that tie in to the energy efficient gig. It's easy to use and makes minimal noise

Gets my clothing WAY cleaner than with my old agitator machine. NO AGITATOR, not sure how the thing washes the clothing. It is high tech, makes clicks and noises I'm not used to.

This is a very efficient washer but I wasn't expecting all the internal checks it does thru the entire wash cycle. This is because of all the checks and measurements it is doing. But the clothes are clean and I am happy about using less electricity and water.

Great washer, love the quick wash feature. ALSO I can wash my king size comforter no problem.

In the month that I've owned this washer, I love it. The only thing I would like would be the ability to add that 1 sock or towel that got dropped. I've washed small loads & large, and all have come clean!

I like how my bills are a little smaller. Drying doesn't take as long , so it saves time. Even the dirtiest clothes are clean.

I have to agree with other posts about the noise this machine makes. However, I figured out that each different sound represents a cycle change. In fact the noise does make me laugh. That's technology for you. Anyway, I am so glad I purchased this washer. My clothes never looked cleaner and I love it.

It is a washer. I am very happy with it. There is no center arm which is great and I think it will lead to less wear on my clothing. It is oddly loud and I wish it had a soak feature but that was my mistake for not checking b4.

After reading the online reviews, I was prepared for the length of time it takes to do a laundry. I was not prepared for how low the water level actually is. The spin cycle is so strong that the clothes barely need the dryer. Unfortunately, the clothes come out very wrinkled which is not good, especially, when hoping that hanging items for air dry would reduce the need to iron.
