If you take time to read the instruction book first, it is a very easy washer to use. I like the fact that it only puts in the amount of water needed for each load, depending on the size of the load. It spins the clothes very well, so it doesn't take so long to dry them in the dryer.

I had to purchase this because my old one was just worn out. Some of the features this washer has are great but I was not expecting to have to change my routine. It is not a huge deal just some adjusting. If I had to do it all over again I would. This is not a regrettable purchase.

I love the size and efficiency of the machine. It cuts down on the time of your washing because you can wash larger loads. I am able to wash a comforter and blanket at the same time without the washer being jammed full.

This washer was the least expensive in the store. I decided it had everything I needed - a big tub and all the washing options! I have been quite pleased with it. It proves you don't necessarily need to spend alot of money and buy the top of the line to be satisfied with a washer

Purchased this washer to replace a regular washer that was about 10 years old. Love the HE speed and quality. Easy to use. Very fast compared to my old washer. Excellent price and free delivery and haul away of old washer. I highly recommend this model for a great value.

We had a front load washer that did not impress us. Went back to top load and this one works great. Didn't need a lot of features, just clean clothes. This one fits!!!

Very good machine, saving water. Spin cycle help to dry out clothing to save energy for the dryer.

It takes too long for each load, an additoinal 10 minutes compared to last washing machine.

While the salesman at Best Buy tried to get us NOT to purchase this unit, (apparently Best Buy is 100% LG / Samsung these days), I am very happy with our choice of a great model and a great bargain.

The machine is very efficient and practical to use. My 86 year old mother finds it to be the best washer she has ever used. It saves on water and time. I havn't received an electric bill since the purchase, but I'm sure that the savings will be appreciated.

I believe Whirlpool has made great strides and must be considered as comeback player in the appliances game. Innovation and ease of use have pulled them out of the 20th century and into the 21st!
